Most horrible costumer service. I had bought a 308 model 1500 Howa rifle from them and the most worst experience ever. I had got the gun released and the next day the stock broke and had to wait about 5- 6 months to get back and I called howa’s main company and they said they refunded credit to turners which I did not hear about until I called and asked them. They said they didn’t know anything about the gun and that it was getting fix. Anyways time passed and I finally got my gun again, first day at the range rifle stock breaks again. I called turners to get my money back or at least see what they could do and they said they would call me back and never did . Worse place to get a gun go to sportsman warehouse !!! If I could rate this with negative stars I would .

Great service. Was on the hunt for a trp full rail. I think the associate that helped me was named Alex. He called a couple of stores and after being on hold for almost 20.min he was able to secure one for me.

They will never get my money again.
Too bad for the few actually good employees.
A bunch of women at the gun counter who talk, talk, talk and don't work.
Had to wait an hour and a half just to pick up a firearm.
Ridiculous. It was NOT BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY, it's because they are chatty and lazy.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Never again.
UPDATE : I was charged for a gun lock. I reminded the employee that I needed the gun lock. He stated he will put the lock in the box.
Got home...... no gun lock!!!!

My personal experience here has been amazing. First time firearm owner and I just want to give a shout out to whoever does the hiring for this place. A bunch of nice and knowledgeable people. What’s funny is I was supposed to go to sportsman warehouse to get started with the process of owning my first firearm. Long story short I went at 6 and they told me they weren’t serving any more customers. Even they close at 8 pm. 2 hours away. But it was a blessing since it pushed me towards turners. This is the only place I’ll be recommending to people. Thank you turners!
