“So, me and my wife started with B&B in Jan of 2016.... we left in June of 2022. As of Jan of 2023 we are back. Why? Dispatching, consistent good miles and the "real" family atmosphere here. The pay is not the best, nor is it close to the worst. 6500 miles a week for teams is the norm, if u want them. More important to us is the way our concerns have always been listened to and addressed promptly. We love this company and learned the grass isn't always greener on the other side.”
