We took our older honda to them and they were great! They have worked on our car twice now. We picked it up today and we are happy with the work. They are very professional, nice and friendly. I Will continue to come here if i have issues with my cars. Thank you for the pens, Tony!

Went to get my brakes done and after waiting 2 and a half hours thinking they were doing my brakes they came back and gave me a $1700 estimate for other stuff ? like what? No I just wanted my brakes done . Then they proceeded to charge me $130 for an inspection huh?? and I still drove away with bad brakes because they didnt do them like am I missing something here. How do I walk in for a service and you just totally ignore what I need and do what you want ? This was a horrible experience and I will not be going back. ?

Called to make an appointment. Gave the make and model of my car to the person on the phone and made an appointment. Hired a tow truck. When the car was delivered the company rejected the car and said that they don't work on that type of car any longer. Completely unprofessional and very poor customer service. Had to pay to have the car towed back the forty miles it was towed

2 weeks to get an appointment and then they said it was all. We need to fix that before we can figure out what the problem is, but they're going to charge you a diagnostic but they're really not going to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle then they're going to tell you there's something else and you need to fix that for a couple of thousand and then they'll fix it for you Go somewhere else. They're not honest

I recently needed repairs to the automatic transmission of my BMW 328xi… (without warning) my car suddenly wouldn’t go into reverse or drive. I was advised to bring my car to Transmission City & I’m so Grateful that I listened to that advice and brought my car here.Tony (Owner), Staff (Maria, Umberto, et al) and the Technicians were able to identify & fix the issue (broken gear control)!!!If you Value INTEGRITY, Care & Quality as much as I do… then I Highly, highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Transmission City for all of your transmission service and repair needs. These people quoted me $6,000 made me wait 3 weeks to diagnose my car. The next day I took my car to get a second opinion fixed my car for $500 . Yes the labor took long. Yes my car did need an expert opinion. But my car did not need a new transmission. And now I know transmission city are not the experts. It has now been over a month since i've gotten my Subaru back after having some transmission work done it. A full valve body replacement. I've been driving it a lot lately since the repairs have been done and I can say that Transmission City has done a great job. My car drives better than ever and hasn't had any transmission issues since. Tony was very helpful. He was great and easy to work with from the start. It took about a week to get my car in. Checking my car in was fast and easy with the scheduled appointment. They got the repairs done quick and efficiently, and I was back in my car within a week and a half.Service: Transmission
