Door not opening on time for business, takes forever to get the parts when already ordered ahead of time, other then that part is good, but should order through 3rd party for more reasonable prices (not sure why).

In the past they used to be a great company. These days the website is slow, extremely hard to browse, and somehow every order I make constantly gets messed up. It's sad to see a great company go to trash.

Formerly a great company, but sadly has gone down hill massively. They constantly screw up my orders. There website has become a laggy piece of garbage with a horrible navigation and almost impossible to browse. In the last few years it's become impossible to get any advice out of them, when 5 years ago they helped me design my rig from the ground up. I still have the wrong power steering pump they sent me despite arguing with them over and over.... I bought a ram steering kit, but the steering pump doesn't even have the ports to use it.

Parts been on backorder, then delayed for 6 months , I have ordered parts before that had taken longer .I have a project I'm gonna have to put off for another year yet again because of this company. If you plan on building your Toyota using trail gear parts I recommend you buy and receive everything you need before you even get started .. I will no longer be buying parts from this business. I've missed out on 3 summers of wheeling due to trail gear . They aren't what they used to be 10 years ago , even after spending $15,000 on trail gear parts

This company is the worst company to ever have returns or replacement parts every song and dance I’ve heard it all wait time on the phone every time is a half an hour to check on did they receive the return part when am I going to get the inspection on that part that is returned so you can send me a new one blah blah blah that’s all I ever get nobody follows up on anything in this company what a joke I hate them I will never purchase anything from this company ever again
