Staff is not knowledgeable about their products. Had questions about a generator and couldn't get an answer. Also, they didn't know where other products were in the store. Limited supply of goods. Couldnt get basic fire hose fittings here. Not worth the trip.

Great store to get your farming and pet supplies. Very welcoming store employees willing to answer questions and help get the supplies you need. From tools and clothing to equipment and animal supplies this place has it. Also don’t forget to walk outside for larger items and products they sale that can’t fit in the store like trailers and large bins. They also rent trailers and refill propane.

Customer service is the worst!!! I wanted to buy a safe today for 1400.00, long story short, I spoke to the manager about what transpired and left the store. I will go and buy a safe at Sportmans Warehouse.

So I went in wanting to buy a 1400.00 safe and the customer service I received was the worst. This kid with a really bad attitude never said "good morning, how can I help you" rather with sarcasm "what do you want to know about it?"(The safe). I let that go, he tried to open the safe and couldn't, he was frustrated and with his back turned to me said " I have to go find someone to open this" never once having the courtesy to look at me face to face, just started walking away. I told him " I can see you are having a bad day, I will go somewhere else for my purchase." He didn't care one bit. So I talked to the manager before I left, I am sure they are buddies and nothing will come of this, but maybe someone will care enough.

Bought some chickens and they had a upper respiratory disease. Highly contagious so be careful, especially if you already have chickens. I had to get rid of these chicks right away. These diseases are permanent and will kill 80% of your adult flock. Getting antibiotics is now requiring a vet visit and is very expensive not to mention the mycoplasma will forever be in your adult chickens as carriers. This disease comes from the irresponsible breeders and should be eliminated by them or they should get their licenses revoked. USDA is supposed to check their chickens for compliance 2x times per year for their licenses to ship chicks responsibly. This is very very bad for the community to spread this disease like this. I've had this problem with them before a few year ago and antibiotics didn't help. Ended up fighting a losing battle and lost 80% of hens and roosters that I had a long time. I couldn't pin point were the disease come from at that time but now I know it's tractor supply. I'm getting rid of this batch of baby chicks and keeping a closed flock this year good riddance, never again. Now I have to sterilize everything really good before hatching my own this year thanks

Really disappointed. Came in an hour and a half before closing to wash my dog. It is "broken". I asked when it would be fixed, they said tomorrow morning (MLK day). Clearly not going to happen tonight, I doubt TSC is paying evening or holiday rates for a plumber. Why lie? Just say you don't want to clean the dog wash after. Btw, there were six employees milling about and me plus one other customer. Disappointing. I buy my pet food & RX here, first time to come for a wash. You've clearly caught case of what the McDonald's ice cream machine has.

Went in for the Pet Wash station, it's solid. Depending on your dog, bring your own brush and shampoo. They have a general Oatmeal shampoo and a demat one.For $10, it's fantastic. I don't get all wet and my bathroom doesn't smell like wet dog!Definitely coming back

Don't bother offering ordering online, it will just get canceled. You can walk in and buy the stuff but they can't be bothered to do their job.

Way too expensive, constantly overpriced and terrible quality, they don't carry any other brand but Purina and its sub companies for feed chicks are overpriced and not even the employees know what their looking at. They are around 5 to 8 dollars for a chick and 20 to 25 for Ducklings everything I've bought from here has broke within a week. On top of it all the ducks I bought from them to give them one last chance were all mixed NOT pure breeds I've got a blue runner that was mixed with a brown runner, a khaki Campbell mixed with a mallard, a cayga mixed with a Rouen, and a Rouen mixed with a mallard! They are not trustworthy in any way. At least the employees are generally nice, and try their best to deal with what they got.

My review is for the pet washing stations. I was very disappointed to find how dirty the area for pet washing was. The brushes and other bathing items were dirty, full of hair and the overall room was nasty. It was disappointing to have to bathe my pet in there and I won't do it again. I hope in the future someone regularly cleans and maintains the room. It appears this has been an issue for at least 5 years based on other reviews so I highly doubt the store cares at all.
