IF YOUR HAVING DOUBTS ABOUT GETTING WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP , THIS REVIEW IS THE SIGN CONFIRMING YOU DONT GO HERE!!! I went to get a lift on my truck, “VICTOR” the sales manager had his worker run me up for 1000$ cash to get the job done. They said they needed it all up front, which was the first sign I should have seen, but me as a good person gave them the benefit of doubt. They said it would be done 2 days. To make a long story short I ended up waiting 3 weeks for nothing, my truck was in the same spot I left it at untouched every time I went to check it out. Such A waist of time with VICTOR. He will waist your time and he will make promises to you and make up lies one after another. The old run around as they say. VICTOR told me my truck would be done and if my truck wasn’t done by the 3rd week I can get my truck and refund. I pulled up and truck was again in the same spot it was when I left it. VICTOR was not at the shop at the time. He never is . So one of his excuses was that “sorry I’m not there I can’t do anything about it” the bozo would even tell me to go get my refund after store hours knowing he wasn’t going to be there. And just like he didn’t make an effort to lift my truck , he didn’t make an effort to give me my refund. If he wanted a 1k loan or something he should have just went to the bank. Took him another 4 weeks for me to get my refund through “cash app”. ONE week he sent me 100$ 2 weeks later he said he was going to pay me in payments , that never happened. By the fourth week I had enough and told him I was taking him to court. He was ignoring me for a while until he seen that I was going to take him to court and all of a sudden he answers. I’m always at work so i would always have to go out of my way and waist my time to deal with this childish character named VICTOR. Everything about VICTOR is sketchy. There’s a lot more I can say about my terrible experience about VICTOR and his shop but I hope this is enough to keep people safe and there hard earned money. And to spend on a business who actually deserves it.

I got the wrong tires put on then owner blames me & said I just didn’t like the tires. He never returns my calls or txts just a shady business man DO NOT go to this tire shop

I got 4 tires over 1k like a month ago. The young kid broke my valve stem a 45° angle. I noticed there was something inside my tire. Well, it was a piece of the broken piece from the valve stem. I didn't return back due to a car accident, now that I decided to come to fix the problem I need an appointment. LMAO Dont come to this tire shop, go to West Coast of Clovis or Tire Co. They give a warranty on your tires, repaired and rotation is a great service with this guys ?

Beware of Prepayment!
I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop for years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I trusted the owner and paid in advance
but never received them. Despite my long history with the shop, I couldn’t get my money back. Be cautious if you’re considering prepaying for any services here.

I went in to get a lift kit for my truck and I end getting the wrong kit I got ripped off and over price me for everything I had got a loan for 5k and he took all the 5k loan never again or recommending anyone to go here!!! NO WONDER WHY OTHER SHOPS SAY ITS THE WORST LOCATION TO GO

Shopped all over town for the best price on Michelin‘s, everybody kept telling me to go to Costco, but when I called tire credit now, they absolutely destroyed Costco‘s price. I didn’t have to wait in an uncomfortable waiting room. My wife and I waited in their clean show room and we were in and out in less than an hour with her new tires at a great price. Awesome place great location, honest good people to deal with. Thank you.

One stop shop. Came for tires and ended up leaving the shop with sick rims too! Great prices, fast and easy. Eddie is the best. Saved me from headaches. And thanks Arny you were awesome too. Thanks again! Would recommend anyone to go here.
