Why allow reservations if no freaking car is available?! Avoid this place.

Had reservations made three weeks before my arrival. Was as advised at the counter that there were no cars currently available, but that I was "on the list" when a car became available.

I would give zero stars if I could. My flight was delayed and I got there over 5 hours late. They refused to honor my reservation because I was late. Then they tried to charge me $240 more after making we wait another 2 hours for a car to be available. Don't use thrifty, dollar or hertz at this airport.
