Kudos to the Team at Thompson’s Trailers. I purchased the perfect trailer 8 months ago, only to have it stolen from my front yard two weeks ago. Thanks to the FPD it was recently recovered. When I asked the guys at Thompson’s if it was possible to receive a new vin and Thompson decals, they had the ready amazingy promptly. I will definitely refer Thompson’s Trailers to all my family and friends! 100% Perfect example of what defines “customer service!”

I you want to purchase a trailer with no service or warranty then these guys are for you. Poor or no communication, I have called and emailed with no response on a 6 month old trailer.

Roger did a phenomenal job educating me about the different trailer options that would best fit my current and future needs. I visited multiple trailer sales businesses and nobody took the time to educate me about how their trailers might fit my needs. Ultimately we ended up purchasing a 26ft Cargo Mate Eliminator series trailer. We have used the trailer multiple times with different vehicles and it tows incredibly. I would highly recommend visiting Roger at Thompson Trailers for all for all your trailer needs.

Great selection of Trailers and the staff was very good about discussing my trailer size options for the towing capacity of my truck. I am very happy and will definitely refer to others looking for a good selection. If I could change one thing it would be they were open on Saturday because I came from Southern California to purchase so I had to take a day off work. Other than that great company

I am extremely grateful to everyone at Thompson trailers. I am first time buyer and I had no idea of pretty much anything and all the gentlemen in the shop were extremely patient and helpful with me and were always trying ways to give me the least expensive option that would work for me. They went above and beyond and Rick even took me personally across the road to get the chains that I needed. Top notch customer service and products. ($12k+ trailer purchase) I felt like my purchase was putting them out and they were annoyed to talk to me or answer any questions. They were short, kinda rude and seemed like I was wasting their time. Signing papers was equally as uncomfortable (and I paid with a personal check full price, no waiting on financing or anything). I guess when business is good (or there's no inventory) the customer is low on the importance totem pole. Wouldn't recommend the experience.
