Getting packages shipped out is of course my priority but I did not expect the amazing customer service and the cleanliness and the attention to detail that this store location has the employees are very personable and ready to help out. I couldn’t think enough.

The location on Champlain and Perrin is the best UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is friendly every time I come in and even the delivery drivers are in a good mood when they are picking up and dropping off packages. My family comes to this location on a weekly basis and have a positive experience every time we come in. The store is also very clean. Thank you Tony for encouraging me to write this review!
The only thing I miss is they used to have a bowl of candy for customers when they first opened.

Poor and unfriendly customer service. Especially when it comes to Amazon returns they want to charge you six bucks for a label plus they don’t honor the description on the return and want you to bring your own box or try and pressure you into buying one from them. Super unfriendly, I wouldn’t recommend going there for any reason and I will not go to UPS stores in the future

they didnt let me go home instead helped me to fix my problem during the closing of box that I need to send back, they were very helful, offered me an alternative solution.

I upgraded my package from UPS sure post to UPS ground shipping and selected it to be delivered to this store for pick up instead of my home address since I would be at work during the delivery. My package ended up being handed to USPS from UPS and the postal service ended up delivering to my home address instead. Waste money on shipping service and I am beyond disappointed in UPS.
