WARNING! Very unprofessional, doesn't care about his work or craftsmanship, gives you the run around, doesn't get back to you, or ever give you any updates on what he's working on. Was 2 weeks later than he said that he would have it done but never reached out or answered my phone calls. Said it was a transmission rebuild but later on stated it was just a repair. Look around before you come here and save your money for an actual legit mechanic! Transmission didn't last, and didn't even care to take a look at it again and hung up the phone. BEWARE!

Bought a repaired transmission and it's still going strong a year later. I didn't have the right transmission year on my truck and they were still able to take it as a core and give me the correct year. The truck runs the way it should now. You will not find a shop with better prices.

Terrible customer service. I tried reaching out to them to buy a transmission and the communication was poor, inappropriate and rude. I'd pay double just to not give them my business or my $$. In a pandemic, small businesses should be going above and beyond for their customer but this business clearly doesn't need people's business

I took my mitsubishi in to Transmission Shack, to have the transmission replaced because they had the lowest price I could find in town. Then I get a call from them three days later and was told I can come pickup my vehicle and there was no charge because the problem was a lose wiring harness conection at the transmission. When I got to the shop my vehicle no longer had a jerking feeling when shifting. It shifts very smooth now like it use to shift before the problem started. And there was no charge from them. They are a small shop but I recommend them for there honesty during my experience with them.

Put a deposit down for him to get started on a transmission. Told me should be ready to go in 3 day and it was also recommended for me to get a torque converter. Picked up my transmission installed it and been driving strong for a month with no issues. I will recommend this business because he is very affordable and knows what he's doing.
