Went with my wife for a contest they were having and had a blast! Everyone was having fun, so helpful, and friendly! Great workout! Great stretch! Totally warmed up and worked out my soar shoulder. Will definitely be back every so often to supplement my normal weight training!

This is my favorite workout!! The studio has fantastic instructors (shout out to my favs: Cat, Lisa, Kaycie, Autumn, Harmony, & Lauren!) and a friendly, helpful team. Lauren, the owner, is a gem and is such a welcoming presence. If you haven’t tried a Bar Method class before, I’d highly recommend it!
