They answer any question without making you feel dumb. They also make the gun buying process simple and easy as well

I've been shopping at the armory for about 3 years now, the gentleman there have always been very informative when it comes to the laws, guns of course, ammo or gear, they've got an answer for your questions. Just purchased my first firearm through them, and while I have purchased accessories and ammo through them in the past, my first gun buying experience through The Armory was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a lengthy time frame between purchase and pickup, and did a hell of a job cleaning a different gun of mine. I'm positive I'll remain a happy customer for years to come.

Great experience, overall. Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly staff, too.
They also have a great selection of new, L.E.O. and consignment firearms, as well as accessories and ammo for sale at very reasonable prices.

Pleasant experience as a first time purchaser. The staff was very kind.Being an individual who is unfamiliar with firearms and the firearm laws in California The staff proved to be prepared and showed they were knowledgeable on the lawful and safety aspects of handling and selling firearms, especially for users getting adjusted to the principles of handling firearms correctly. Selection was also really nice and the prices were much better compared to nearby stores which I had visited on the same day. Recommend the armory for both new and more experienced.

The best customer service one could ask for, these guys have answered all of my questions and concerns as a new gun owner. 10/10 recommend I only go thru The Armory for any of my 2a needs.

Great customer service, great prices. Bought 1000 rounds of 9mm, came out to a little over $300. Best deal I was able to find on bulk ammo. Set me up to have a great day at the range. It also seems like they normally have bulk ammo in 9mm in stock.

Great place for info. Cops are beyond welcomed, which surprised me that the staff seemed very stoned and it smelled like weed not vape ? definitely a TRUMP shop

Normally I don't like to give a store a low rating especially if they are supporting my 2nd Amendment but I feel this place have bad customer service. The moment I enter I try to get help I was brushed off even though I was the only customer there. That okay though because now I know that my hard earned money will be uses elsewhere where they treat people more friendly.
