Folks are always friendly and more than able to answer questions. I’m very impressed with the professionalism that they put out even under the current situation with homeless vandalism on the outside and arson attempts in the recent months.

The staff are very cool! They are also very helpful. The items are very good quality most of the time but wash all clothes and or anything you buy here very good because I'm pretty sure that they have stopped cleaning the donated items.

This has been a favorite thrift of mine for many years. I've found countless items that I got for a fair price the clothing is great when you find the right color tags. If not then the prices are still good. I've found quite a few concert t-shirts here for under $5 I scoop them up if I've got a little cash. I miss the store by the stadium downtown, still need to check the madera store out.

Disappointed. I scheduled a pickup for donation. The guy only picked up what he wanted. I have boxes of good clothes and boxes of blankets and very good dishes. That were left. I have a very good air mattress there. So I guess they don't need all that stuff. So I think I'll go give it to the mission. I'm pretty sure they can use the clothes & theblankets.

The service is awful. There was no price tag on the item I wanted to buy and they said that I could get it on Tuesday the earliest. I asked the lady if there was anything that she could do and she replied very rudely "no that's our policy it's on the wall"

Great baby and kids section with good prices. Got 8 pieces of clothing for $9. The store was clean and organized and there was a lot to pick from

They staple the tags which ruin half the clothes upon removal then if an item doesn’t have a tag they won’t sell it to you which is really annoying because you basically waste your time. I see people removing tags all the time and I don’t blame them since you can’t see the size or brand! This store used to be a cool place to shop & donate…*even if you find an item and tell them it doesn’t have a tag they keep it and won’t sell it to you. Won’t hold them item either. So lame

This store has a great selection of children clothes. They look hardly used and are for cheap prices.

I use to really like this place but the last few times I've been the selection of woman's jeans has been horrible! Absolutely horrible. Men's tshirts as well. And the home goods was bare with almost nothing. To top it off this last time I went I paid $5 for a small candle and the girl didn't even put it in my bag, but she definitely charged me for it. This thrift store is a no more for me!

Below zero stars if I could. When going to the VA I'll occasionally stop in to browse since I'm not from the area. It is always dirty, but whatever. Today I went with my fiancé and he wanted a last minute coat for our wedding in a couple days. Sure we could go get it new but why not check. Well he found a NWT coat that fit perfectly and we were thrilled to not have to hunt for another item before the ceremony. We go to check out and we're told it is senior day and they get 25% off, vets only 10% OK? He shows the vet ID and gets ready to pay , then the managing cashier says oh we can't sell this because there is no price tag. Even though ALL the coats were priced the same. We let them know how important it was, literally for a wedding , then some other lady jumps in saying they just can't . Of course it was upsetting and we said it was unbelievable that NO exception or consideration is being made. We proceeded to leave and another cashier male LOUDLY was mocking and laughing at us and the situation!!! Appalling ! Then, I lost my temper . I couldn't believe the disrespect and to mock something that couldn't been special for the customer who is the VET that you are supposedly working for ?? Discusting. We didn't even pull the "veteran card" but the fact is, he is. So what the hell is going on here? I let that guy know what a real loser he was I I hope he gets fired. He doesn't even deserve to work at a vet thrift store. Clearly the manager couldn't think on his own , so we will NEVER support a place like this. We do so much Charity and volunteering and I can't even comprehend how a place gets so disconnected from what they are supposed to be representing. Don't support it! Unless all you care about is cheap priced thrift goods. Which is most of the shoppers there anyway. So sad.

They had a lot of good clothes to look through. There were some good prices but for the most part a lot of things for high priced. Just like any thrift store the findings are good if you focus on the discount of the day ticket items. The store was very busy but there was plenty of staff keeping the place organized and keeping the lines down. As long as the price is stay Fair it's definitely worth buying used items and supporting a good cause. I saw a beautiful rolling suitcase and thought my daughter would love it for Holiday travels but unfortunately the price was $74.

No fitting rooms. How can you buy clothes without trying them on? There were a lot of cashiers though and they seemed friendly.

I love this store for so many reasons. Helping other vets is one. The help they have given me is another reason
