The tl;dr - The guy running the show here was condescending, seemed a little suspect, and is not afraid to waste your time.From the start it was clear he wasn't listening to me, and painfully obvious later as he repeated what I had already told him as if it were new to me. After telling me that he was going to "educate" me he explained that more expensive paint costs more, adhesion promoters promote adhesion, and that parts should be cleaned, prepped, and primed before painting (and he explained how sandpaper works in case I've been in a comma my entire life).Early on in our "conversation" he instructed me to be honest and then asked: "how much would you be willing to pay for this?" Not how a quote works, red flags...After about 30 minutes he plainly stated that he could not do the job but gave me a list of instructions to tell the next body shop I went to. I was stunned. After talking down to me and wasting my time he was telling me to find someone more skilled than he was and to then tell them how to do their job.Also: no paint booth that I could see, some parts were being painted in the open with a bay door fully up.

Yea it's says free estimates the catch is pay a fee and only returns your $ if u hire them to do the work if not they keep the $ uggghhh..not fair "free estimate" wow!!

I recently was involved in a collision in Fresno. I live 2.5 hours away in Watsonville. I did not have time to wait for insurance to pay for the wreck as my vehicle is a work truck. The owner Jaime came out to the site of the wreck and gave a very reasonable quote. I had it towed to his shop, Superior Auto Body, for repair. Jaime was very easy to work with. He called me often to inform me of the progress and text me photos of his work. Jaime was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He even called me the evening after I picked up the vehicle to make sure there were no problems. Everything turned out great. Jaime did exactly what was needed with no hiccups. I highly recommend calling Superior Auto Body in Fresno if ever you need a collision specialist.

I had my fauthers truch painted here 4 years ago. I am extremely satisfied with the paint job and have a truck still looks better than new to this day!
