Jay came out and gave me all the details. After I decided what I wanted his crew put up a beautiful insulated patio cover for me. They completed it in one day. His workers were respectful and cleaned everything up before they left. I will definitely be recommending them! Thank you for giving me some shade!

Terrible service. We've been notifying them for the last year that the patio they installed has been leaking. Very unresponsive and the only response we got from him is "I'll see you in court." Do not recommend

The patio looks great and the crew was good, but there are some imperfections...when they finished the installation of the patio they did not place the roof tiles back correctly, there are gaps which can lead to water damage. Also the metal water slide that directs water flow in the roof is banged up and sloppy and so is the silicone/spackel that adheres the water slide to the fascia. When I called Jay was gruff with me, when my husband called he was good, and when my son called he was defensive and didn't want to fix the problem because "it hadn't rained and there was no damage". Yes, we've had to call several times. Emails and texts weren't answered. The last thing we were told is that it would get fixed when they had another job in our area, we are in Visalia.
