Thomas and the crew did a fantastic job on my custom hat order. Originally I'd been looking online at online embroidery services, but read too many reviews of people unhappy with the cheap and sloppy results, so I decided to go local. The process took a bit longer than I was prepared for, but it's only because Thomas wants to deliver the highest quality results. I'm so happy that I did because the hats turned out exactly as I was hoping they would, and the prices were comparable with the online places. I will definitely be back for a reorder in the future.

Such a great experience! Had my son’s name embroidered on his baseball cap! Everyone was so friendly. I will continue to use Stitch Master anytime I need something embroidered. Customer Service here is beyond phenomenal!

Called yesterday (day before Valentines) to try having a sweater embroidered for my fiancé. I knew I was late & would probably have to wait until after Valentine’s & was okay with that. I scheduled an appointment with Thomas later that day. I showed up expecting to drop it off & come back in about 12 days since he mentioned that’s how far out the orders were, but nope! Thomas & Johnny took care of me right then & there!! I’m so grateful for their kindness & willingness to have it done at my appointment. They definitely saved the day ??

Thomas the owner is a stand up and inspirational figure that makes you say “what a guy” He recognizes his customers as people and treats everyone with a great amount of respect and genuine kindness that makes you happy to bring your business to such a great establishment.Stitch Masters with the help of Jonny and Ish, helped me make a last minute special gift (I recommend making an appointment) for a dear friend of mine and Thomas himself helped me through the process in getting it just right. I had no nervousness or doubts when going through their process to make my vision a reality. It came out better than I could have imagined and their resourcefulness and commitment to helping people make me feel comfortable and confident in recommending them to ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE that would be in need of any of their services.A true gem of the community, 10/10, 5 Stars, A business for the people!

Thomas and Ish were so helpful and respectful! I came in with a last minute Valentine’s Day gift, 2 days before, and they helped me right then and there! Everyone was so nice, their whole environment is very friendly and supportive.Adding onto the last minute service, they also gave me 2 free hoodies supporting my high school!

Absolutely 5 Stars!!I called in for an urgent embroidery request and I was not disappointed. Thomas answered the phone on the 3rd ring and I began explaining my predicament! He then reassured me that he and his team could get it done! What a relief! I emailed him all the details, brought in my items the next day and Ismael helped bring my design to life! Very talented man, he understood what I wanted and made it happen. Excellent customer service throughout the shop. Everyone I spoke to made me feel welcome, such a great atmosphere!Thank you again Thomas and Ismael, you're the best! I can't recommend this place enough!! Yay! So happy with my sweatshirts, just in time for Valentine's day!

This team was absolutely incredible, I had a last minute Christmas gift idea and they were able to accommodate with no hesitation. Thomas is great and very patient, he goes over every detail with you to ensure it turns out just how you want. Laura did an amazing job with putting it all together. The whole team at Stitch Master is great! Donna has always taken care to be sure our orders are timely and accurate, Thomas is very friendly and always good for a story no matter how busy he is and Carmen is a rock star! She has worked so hard to get orders out for their customers. I highly recommend this company as we have been using them for several years and they've done a great job for our company. They also do a great job for several marching bands in the valley, including the Fresno State Bulldog Marching Band! Thanks Thomas and crew!

Walked in to Stitch Master to have a quote for a last minute Birthday Sash without an appointment. I took the risk to stop by in person since I was already in the area. I was happy to not get turned away and instead got the best service than I ever expected. As busy as Laura Acosta was with the previous client, she was friendly, efficient and very detail oriented. I highly recommend Stitch Master and we will be back. Thank you Laura for an awesome job well done!
