We recently had the pleasure of working with Steven Chen, and we couldn't be more grateful for his exceptional service and dedication. Highly recommend!!! If you want to buy or sell a house, please looking for Steven. He is very patient and careful. In the process of choosing a house, he not only took us to see many houses patiently, but also gave us a lot of pertinent advice. In the process of loan, we met some difficulties, and he has been working hard to help me communicate with the loan broker and escrow. Steven is really a great real estate agent. His virtual tour videos were informative, organized, and professional. As a result, we could view all interested houses without physically visiting them. Steven kept every preference of ours in mind when checking the house candidates and provided constructive advice following on-site visits.
