I am writing to express our disappointment regarding the recent floral bouquet my mom receive for Mother’s Day. As a long-time customer and supporter of this business. However, upon my mother receiving the arrangement, it was evident that the quality fell far below the standard we have come to expect from this establishment. The flowers appeared wilted and lacked the vibrant freshness that has always characterized in arrangements in the past.
Additionally, when we reached out to their team to address our concerns, the response we received was a bit of a slap in the face.
Their response…”Thank you for sending the photos. I did confirm that this is the English Garden arrangement and it is the style your son thoughtfully selected for you. Flowers are live and natural, it is normal for each bloom to have its own natural markings just like a diamond.”
I these flowers are a far cry from a diamond. I have always held this establishment in high regard. However, this experiences have left me profoundly dissatisfied. Instead of an apology we received a lecture. Very disheartening

Beautiful plant! I will definitely be ordering from Stems again. I emailed and called them to change the message on my order the same day it was supposed to be delivered and Gina let me know promptly that they would be able to change it. Thank you!!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Gina went out of her way to help me find the perfect gift for my 80 yr old aunt. She sent me photos of different gift options so I could select something perfect while living in Virginia. My aunt was so impressed with the gift and beautiful flowers. Thank you!

Stems always does a beautiful job and never disappoints!! I especially appreciate how they do a unique flair to a lot of their arrangements..using vases and flowers/plants that you don't always see.

Can't even begin to express how grateful I am to Mary and her staff. They did an incredible job! If you're looking for a florist that will go above and beyond and give attention to detail... Stems is the way to go! Guests at my wedding still talk about the flower arrangements. And huge thanks to Gina for making this all happen!

Mary and her staff did a outstanding job at our daughter-in-law Nicole baby shower. They went above and beyond our expectations. All the people were talking about how elaborate and elegant the event was. Highly recommended Stems to anyone who looking to put a top notch elegant event!

Called up this flower shop to deliver to my wife's work place for our anniversary and when I saw the flowers later that day I couldn't believe how beautiful the dozen roses were, not your normal dozen roses like any other flower shop but this shop they added so much more and it was jaw dropping and my wife was the center of attention. It was worth every penny. Thank you so much for making my wife happy Stems at the Palatine.

Stems is the gold standard of service. Mary is AWESOME! She is so fun to work with and her incredible talent comes through in all aspects of event planning. Highly recommend for all types of event tasks....from floral arrangements, invites, centerpieces & favors for special dinners at restaurants, baby showers, birthday parties, and weddings. There's no task that isn't done to perfection!

We used Stems for wedding planning/coordination services and floral arrangements. Working with Mary was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. We were planning a wedding in Fresno while still living in Los Angeles, all while purchasing a house and making our move up to Fresno. It was such a hectic time and Mary made everything wedding related such a breeze. Our day was beyond perfect. If something went wrong, I had no clue! We went with a rustic backyard wedding theme and Mary absolutely nailed it! Couldn't have been happier or more grateful how everything turned out.

Pinnacle of creativity and elegance is the best way I can describe Mary's masterpiece events. Mary has designed several events/gatherings for our family from a large shower to intimate special dinners. Recently, for our family dinner celebrating my son's graduation at the Elbow Room, she created an oasis for us in the Chef's Table room - beautiful greenery, linens, chargers and more to create a tropical/masculine room that made it inviting and added to the enjoyment for everyone. Mary is prompt and clear with communication. I appreciate that very much as it's clear to me the design and set-up plans. She and her staff make the special events very worry-free as they ensure all is taken care of to absolute perfection and with exceptional style.
