I went to Soma because I heard their bras are great for bigger chest girls. I got 3 bras, 2 with wire and padding and the another with just plain wire. The bras still fit great after months. The ladies measured me when I walked in, recommended me many bras to try on, have my size in many cute bras. And at checkout gave me tips on how to care for the bras to last longer which has definitely has helped in maintenance. I would say if you’re looking for cheaper or economic prices then this brand isn’t the one. But I can for sure say the money is worth it.

Placed an order about a week ago and it was placed on the girls cell phone. How they did that I have no idea. Well the order did not go through and had to reorder. Finally got my order but was a nightmare to get it straightened out. Will never shop at this store again. The customer service was just Awful. Don't know why even 1 Star

I purchased pajamas today at the Fig Garden Village Store in Fresno, CA. I also purchased two lingerie bags. Sadly, the sales clerk (Mariah) had a difficult time ringing up the purchase, and it took 3 times of me inserting my card to have success. She also had a difficult time getting all of my purchases in the bag, so after driving 25 minutes to my home I found out she neglected to put the two lingerie bags in with my other purchases. Nobody from the store bothered to call me, I guess the two bags sitting there wasn't clue enough for them. I can easily order these items on Amazon, if you can't improve the quality of your service, you will lose customers.

These are the worst bras I have ever owned! Definitely not worth the price. Was told that it would be tight the first two weeks, but two months now and they are still super tight and uncomfortable. Further, there are pieces that keep poking through. Definitely, NOT worth the money.

This was my first time going to somas by myself mind you I am a bigger chest size. I asked to be measured and the older lady starts giving me bras to try on & everytime she comes in to check I repeatedly try to say I do not like the style & which bra fits me the best. She then goes on to ignore everything I say & keep bringing what she likes. She then asks if I would try and wireless bra and I said no then brings me one to try one after I said no. I then walk out upset & crying because of how rude she was no one in the store even bothered to ask me if I was okay & if something had happened. I then ask another lady if they had my size in a style I wanted since the First Lady was ignoring me. She was very helpful & got me exactly what I wanted while doing so the other lady continuously gave me dirty looks. I am not there to shop for what you like. Be more considerate & respectful to your customers.

This is a very nice store and the employees I had contact with were so helpful. The customer service could not have been better. I only gave it a four because in my opinion, they are pricey. I won't go back because I can't afford their products. But if I could, I would shop there often. Great customer service!
