I paid 3k and 100 shipping/installation fees for a mattress, and bed frame. And had to wait a week to get it set up. And they set it up incorrectly, the remote to move and adjust the bed doesn't work. I called to see when they can fix it. And they said it'll take another week! Talk about customer service. You'd think paying for a product that doesn't function correctly would be means to come fix it ASAP. Extremely frustrating!

Do not buy a mattress here if you are using their credit service of Synchrony Banking. I was initially approved for a certain amount upon buying a mattress and months later they dropped my credit limit which reflected in lowering my credit score. They claimed that they can periodically do this throughout your services with them. If you can either use your own credit card. This seems like very important information that should be disclosed to you by the seller of a mattress while you are purchasing the mattress. I understand that it is synchrony and not mattress firm but the sellers need to understand the conditions and disclose important information to their customers to provide a great rapport and not just try to be a fast sales man.

Like any other mattress delivery place.If you got all day then this is the right place or never pick any mattresses load ever. They take forever to load and unload. 8 hours waiting is normal

Mattress shopping takes a lot of time since it's costly and is a long-term investment. We hopped around the city visiting several stores, but ended up at Mattress Firm (a second time) due to the great deal and service. We were lucky to have Brandon make the experience easy going. He understood our budget and directed us to a great selection of mattresses where it would fit our budget. Brandon is patient and provided knowledgeable answers to any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured and there were no up-selling either. On top of the already great experience, we were given a good deal on the purchases including the sale that was already happening. The delivery was scheduled within a few days and everything went extremely well.

It's a tight fit with employee vehicles parked on the fence line, but doable to anyone with more than a years experience. It was a drop and hook for me, so I can't comment about speed of loading/unloading. Look for the words *mattress distribution center" not a company name.
