Brandon had Great customer service and had me sold on the bed and mattress. Was very knowledgeable, and attended us well.( Even sold me 2 pillow covers without buying any pillows that’s unheard of.) If you see this Brandon thanks for your service can’t wait for the bed to arrive.

My wife and I agree, Sleep Number has by far the worst customer service! We paid for replacement parts, for a defective pump, and we've been waiting now 4 months for it to arrive! They said it would be here in a few days. We've repeatedly called them, but they blame it on supply chain issues. No refund, do discount, no compassion. They've lost a customer, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I can! Don't purchase Sleep Number! The moment something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed.

Beds are very pricey!!That being said, i have had a Sleepnumber bed for over 25+ years, just upgraded and got a new bed.Old one lasted quite awhile, now upgrading to.the top of the line, not cheap but worth it ..

We went in to purchase a new mattress pad and sheets. Jorge started asking very personal questions about our mattress pad. I was very uncomfortable. Then he told me it was under warranty and said, "A thank you would be nice." Thank you for making me extremely uncomfortable?!?!? Should have led with the warranty part first and not ask questions. We left and will not return as long as Jorge Valedez is the store manager. Good news is there is another Sleep Number store on Herndon and Willow that went above and beyond. Michael Rudd got us in and out quickly and found out they had a buy one get one half off!!! Funny Jorge never mentioned that!

Jorge and his team are amazing!!! We had some delivery mishaps and the entire team fixed it less than 24 hrs. Brandon made sure this was fix before end of the day. We are very happy with their customer service

I appreciate the people at the store but dealing with customer service on a faulty bed has been dragging on for months and has yet to be fixed. As a former customer I am disappointed in their customer service on a new purchase. The bed at the store is not the one I received. Hopefully they will fix this.

I was nicely greeted by a representative and we looked up my order. I was integrated in the demonstration, I loved it. We spoke of payment options; one is not allowed to make payments in store. I personally understand But debit card payments should be an option. That way, customers can observed the latest deals.
