A woman who treated me was very unfriendly, bitter and very arrogant.
They shouldn't work if customer service is not their strong point.

Went today 6/1/23 worst attitude and service ever from the young lady with glasses. She’s lucky she’s behind a glass window. They only cash your check if you’re Mexican and I’m not even trying to be racial. I’m mixed Mexican but anyways today had nothing to do with that. Young lady there is always there with a gentleman. I went to go cash my 3 year olds ssi check. None of no one’s business that my son has a dissability but I explained that to them they were asking what the check was. Clearly have no knowledge of what an ssi check was, YET they cashed it last month with no problem. They tried telling me to bring my taxes with my son on there to show his age because the ssi check showed my name in regards to him due to him being a minor. The young lady has an attitude and I told her I didn’t know much Spanish she had even more attitude I hope this gets back to management or the owners. I’m just simply annoyed that other people can cash a written check yet one from the government is turned away. I’d like to say more but don’t go here they’ll try to tell you it’s not in their system to cash your check bunch of lies

Horrible Customer Service. Employee had bad attitude & was VERY unprofessional from the moment that I walked in to the moment I walked out. I was there no more then 5 mins. When I made the employee aware of her bad customer service & asked for managers name she became upset. She didn’t provide me with managers name but told me to leave. Then decided to have a shouting match with my mother after telling us to leave the building because her customer service was brought to her attention. I don’t leave reviews but for this incident I had to. Please take your service elsewhere
