After a longggggg day of looking for a car I came across Sierra Auto and Luis Vazquez was the MOST helpful car dealer that I interacted with. Him & Eddie took care of any and every question I had. I got the car I wanted. Price was affordable. And even the car payments were very do able. I gave them my numbers and they made it definitely happen. Thank you guys ! If I could give Sierra Auto Center in Fresno, CA 10 stars plus, I would. Their service is goes way beyond Quality, customer service is extremely important! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with exceptional Quality Service! I've never had such a great experience purchasing a car, it seemed as though we knew Luis, Ramiro & Beto for a lifetime. The entire experience was less than 3.5 hours, Thanks to Ramiro, I was signing for my car and Ramiro hooked me up with full coverage insurance, when my own State Farm told it was a 14 day waiting period, Beto made sure I had the GAP insurance and warranty I asked for and more... Luis, I bet you will never forget our test drive, plenty of laughing and overall a awesome day, and time.
Most important.... Luis texted me to make sure we made it home ? safely, I had literally just walked in the door, talk about perfect timing. Thank you so much everyone!!! I will be back and referring everyone to Sierra Auto Center, Fresno.
