I've been going here for awhile and spending money. Coffee, gas, and smokes. Tonight the guy had mopped the floor. I wanted a drink so when I asked if I could walk on it he rolled his eyes and was very rude. I left immediately and will not be returning. I'm a paying customer and you cut off services to the products. Either don't mop before you close or allow customers to walk where you are mopped and don't be rude about it. Good luck.

I really don't like downgrading reviews. It pains me to have to do this, but after 2 incidents with Mike, I feel I must update my review. 1. Keith is a great mechanic. I followed him here from his old location. I trust him with all my vehicles. He has never failed me and I feel he has always worked to save me money and keep the cars running great. 2. Mike is rude. His attitude recently was unreal. I have had 2 incidents dealing with him where he was rude, ranting and just a j**** This last time was the final straw. I will not go back. I hate to leave the shop, as Keith is a great mechanic, but it's not worth dealing with an unpleasant employee anymore. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Man at the cash register was rude and inpatient with me. All I was doing was asking about the chewing tobacco. He threw 3 cans on the counter in frustration and said " here's what I have!! " I won't be back here

Just got charged $9.72 for 1.3 gallons of propane. Then got greeted with a baby roach while waiting to pay. It was on the boxes next to their food court area. Not good.

The owner or manager is an absolute tool. No consideration for human beings. Stay away from this dump and go anywhere else. Shaw n Maroa and palm n Bullard are both way better if looking for a Sinclair Let me know when you're on site and we can talk

I had an amazing experience here with Kieth bringing us into the shop. I had a leak in my air-conditioner from an engine swap I had done at a Nissan dealership. Once they swap the engine they had caused a leak somewhere but I already driven away and couldn't get it repaired under warranty. I got quoted $300 at Pep Boys just to diagnose the week. I brought it here to Northgate and it was $79 to look at the leak and diagnose and I came out of the place for $120 and it was just the gaskets as I thought. They didn't do anything shady like puncture my radiator. I knew it wasn't the compressor because it still Ranko for a little bit. It was the day after Thanksgiving and they finished it in just a couple hours and I am so happy about it. Thank you so much again and I will be here next time I recommend that you go as well.

My boyfriend always takes my car to get oil changed, service, smog, you name it. Good customer service, the wait is short than most places and it's not far from everything if you need to get food and shopping.

The gas hasn't stalled my car. The pump control panel, was not as responsive as I would of liked.

I've been coming here for several years with my G35. Staff always takes good care of it and makes sure it's in good shape before I pick it up. Prices are reasonable and are usually lower than other places. My 3.5L engine with synthetic oil costs me around $65 here, other places would charge me close to $80.

Three cars smog here even older cars..(unlike smog master) nice folks good sevice. Had no issues other staff at office use same place same good results..thanks
