Kicked us out for no reason. Someone in the store was under 21 and accidentally grabbed a alcoholic drink that looked like a PROTEIN SHAKE. He had know idea it had alcohol in it and he got kicked out. I was in the store too and KICKED ME OUT TOO JUST BECAUSE I WAS NEAR HIM. I was doing absolutely nothing. Deserves 1 star.

Pump 6 wouldn’t take my card by tap or entering it.Went inside to pay cash.Exaggerated price but pumped a little gas to get to my destination and then filled my tank somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Me and my BF went here for breakfast burritos and later that day his card got skimmed and people tried to spend money on his card!! Luckily his bank reviewed it immediately and the charges didn't go through but this was the ONLY place he put on his card in a while. DON'T SHOP AT THIS SCAMMERS STORE.

Mike made this stop amazing! My wife was looking everywhere and calling multiple places trying to find the new Truly freezer pops. She called, Mike answered. Confirmed thwy had them amd he even put them in the freezer as we were 30 minutes away. Five stars for Mike!!!

Not the best experience. I needed a charger and wanted a red one. Bought it and checked out. Got the wrong one and went back and asked the worker and he was not happy. They didn't have red. I traded it in for a black charger. Works good. The store is clean and safe. Lots of stuff like every liquor store has. Not the best service.

Kicked out after three minutes of walking in to the store. We obliged with no question but didn't understand why we were asked to leave. We were browsing the energy drinks in the refrigerator section. As soon as we walked in Tony (the owner) stood behind our backs less than 5 feet behind us. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend.

So my wife went to this location to get my father in law tobacco. So she went in there showed the cashier who I take is the franchise owner and accused my wife that she is 16 years old when actually she is pregnant and 27 years old as shown on our Florida drivers license and that she is using a fake id because our id’s are from Florida (where we are from) and wanted to hold her ID for “evidence”. This isn’t the first time we had issues with this location. They refused to sell both me,my wife, and my father in law tobacco because we are from out of state and don’t have California ID’s. We do not appreciate the rudeness and unprofessional customer service received at this location. These people are chasing away business because of this issue.So this is for the corporate office at shell please teach these inconsiderate people how to treat their customers and give them a system that actually identifies fake ID’s and real ID’s. And also teach them it is also okay to take ID’s from customers from out of state. We will no longer visit this location due to this issue.
