I used Shoemakers for awhile... before it relocated to Herndon. I found the staff very pleasant. They were attentive and courteous. I haven't been there for awhile because it's no longer near me. It is my intention to return real soon. I do not exercise with men...

People are great and the classes are a lot of fun, modification is always an option if you need it.
