Cloe has been grooming my 15 year old toy poodle for about a year or two now and I have had the absolute best experience with her. She is great with my dog and always communicates time frame with me.

Cloé is the best! We have been going to her for over 3 years now and our pup Maverick absolutely loves her. He had never been groomed before and she was so patient and kind. When Maverick gets nervous he calms down once he sees Cloé. He gets so happy. I can't recommend her enough. If you were wondering about going to fluffers, just do it! You won't regret it.

I highly recommend fluffers pet growing she does an excellent job everytime I bring my dog he comes out looking all nice and clean and like a new dog lol

Purchased the bath package and it was a great experience for our dog. He smelled nice and the bandana was a cute touch. They trimmed his nails and he felt nice and soft. Looking forward to taking him back for his first haircut.

Today was our first time going there and my English bulldog got a perfect bath and groom and my pug got his nails trimmed. We will definitely be back!

Brought all 3 of my pups to the $5 nail clinic and they were awesome! Super caring, friendly staff, and all of my dogs had a pleasant time. 100% coming back for other grooming services!

I had to write a review because this place deserves it. I have taken my English Bulldog and Siberian Huskey to both Petsmart AND Petco and I hated both places.I searched for a new place and took a gamble on Shanons. Let me tell you, they didn't disappoint. It doesn't takes months to get in an appt and they are professional, timely and attentive. I appreciate their genuine kindness to my rare charactered dogs lolWould recommend to ANYONE looking for a good groomer with the ability to talk face to face with someone for appts. I never feel pressured to re book and I always come back.
