Hi today I had the worst experience on sephora. Theres a security guard there who is a criminal. I met him at the gym, he told me that he had a high position in sephora and that he could take his friends there to get products for free. But that we should give the products to him because he needed to make an inventory. The thing is that he puts girls like me (i have asperger sindrome and i doesn’t understand many situations) to take things, i trusted him so i was leaving the store normally and someone of the employees in the store saw me and told him why he wasnt doing anything with me so he pretended he didnt know me and started to yell at me so aggressively. Of course my friend wanted to call the police so er explain but he violently took the merchandise from me and left. That’s his modus operandi. Now a lawyer is assisting me with this case. I hope the company do something about it

Some of the staff are amazing but when you meet one he helps you and he does not care which means different compared to a big and great brand. I am sorry to say that but this visit made me feel bad.

The only reason I’m writing this is so their management can step it up. When I asked
for a sample of the house of labs foundation, the women who helped me made it seem like it was a chore. Plus the sample for a foundation she gave me was nothing. How am I suppose to sample a foundation when it won’t even cover. I spend hundreds at Sephora every year so I expected their sales team to be more welcoming. It’s not like I was not going to buy , I had items in my basket.

The attention is very friendly from the person who helps you, they speak Spanish and English. And the best thing is that if you don't know and have doubts about what to take, they have the patience to wait for you and continue showing more products so that your purchase be the best and have no regrets when paying. Recommendation is to bring at least $200 to purchase a perfume and something else.

I come to Sephora at 4 times a month to find either skin care or gifts for friends but today it just blow my mind I had for help and they older lady at the door supposedly called someone and no one ever showed up but the customer right after me ask for work in the same section and immediately someone went to help her and I was completely ignored there was staff there just standing and talking to eachother and laughing and physically had to ask them to help me never coming here again

Stopped by to pick up my Birthday Reward and some other products , there’s plenty of staff but they weren’t really helpful, no customer service or Greetings , place is full with mostly employees so it feels crowded when shopping . They do have a Large Variety of makeup and different brands so that a good thing . Overall experience was okay and the atmosphere & energy was down .

So im all about staff quality and helpfulness and this location was superb! Packed on a thursday and the staff was quick at checkout and exceptionally quick retrieving items from the back. I will be back to visit this location as it made me feel very welcomed.

Went in for a brow and lip wax Fatima was unprofessional and rude completely disregarded what I said I wanted for my brows and absolutely ruined them then she wanted to thin them out more I said no and for the lip wax she left two spots of hair making me look like the monk from nacho libre and I'm still picking wax out of my nose but what upset me the most is the attitude she had the entire time I apologized for being on the phone but I've never had that as a problem with others I've been doing my brows for over 20 years and the way she said "I can't do your brows if you're gonna be moving your face and talking you need to hang up so I can start" so I said okay but she didn't need to be so rude or upset by a birthday phone call from my sister and when I spoke to the manager on the phone after I left she was also very rude I was trying to just inform her that Fatima was rude, unprofessional and didn't listen to what I wanted and I got an attitude from the manager as well so now I have round brows and a mustache like the monk from nacho libre I had to go elsewhere and pay for them to remove the hair she left I even showed her how I wanted my brows my left brow just needed to be cleaned up. It was already shaped fine. My right brow needed a little bit of shaping, so what she did was she ruined both eyebrows and, and of course she was upset by the fact that I didn't love the eggplants that I now have for eyebrows and when she offered to fix them, I asked, isn't that going to make them thinner and I like my brows thick she said no that it wasn't going to make my eyebrows thinner. I'm not an aesthetician but even I know the more hairs you take off the thinner the brow is going to be I don't know who let her graduate or if she even has graduated I would imagine she had to to be working at a Sephora but she doesn't know what she's doing and neither does the manager it was literally the worst Sephora I've ever been to and the manager told me that a service that I've had done at at least seven different stores that I can think of doesn't exist in Sephora's at all i've had brow mapping at every Sephora that I've been to except this one if your store is subpar, that's fine, but don't say that Sephora doesn't offer a service that other stores definitely do
