I love the Sephora here at Kohls. The girls that work there are super helpful!! Great customer service and product. I got a sample to take home and really try the products with my look. Lancome concealer and gloss ✨️ ? ? ? ? ? And I sampled Gucci Flora while at the store. ♥️ So delightful ? That's going to be my next perfume purchase. I hope they get commission.

Well the products are extremely wonderful and their staff also extremely wonderful and very helpful I am bit surprised that the bonuses they passed out after making such a great amount of money was a sticker or some kind of cookie for the employees a slap in the face I will not be visiting Sephora until I hear something was done about that that was ridiculous a slap in the face ridiculous giving their employees the reward a consistent of a cookie saying that their the highest they've ever

As a complete make up newbie, I brought my daughter in to get some make up. I asked if we could get help matching her skin tone and Estevan was sooo incredible. We spent a good amount of time talking about techniques and tools, and they helped us find the right products for a great look for my young teen.

I’m learning about makeup & sometimes going to Sephora can be intimidated but as a first time shopper Estevan was super nice! He was so helpful, took his time on me and the patience he had for my child! 10/10 thank you for making my experience so smooth!

My experience was horrible!!One of it's employees gives me this weird look and head shake as she's checking out a customer....once the customer leaves I asked her why did she do that???And her response was that I have been looking at her the whole entire time I was in the store ......now I've been all around this store smelling scents and looking for lipsticks and wasn't paying any attention to her at all...but after she said that now guess whatNow you're a Pathetic Rude Racist and Disrespectful and Unprofessional up here at work ......and then she wanna act scared....I have to tell these trashy ppl I wouldn't waste my time touching y'all I'm to goodOverall I didn't find anything but that New Hella Thick Mascara by Fenty....no scents or lipstick....& one racist cashier

Worker was talking to my mom about lashes and since she only speaks Spanish she couldn’t understand but once she went away I heard her saying unnecessary stuff towards people who speak Spanish, like kinda muttering it, I guess that’s how I’ll put it.

Let's get into this. Kohl's on west Shaw has always done right by me. Whether it be the clothes (great brands & even greater prices) or The kitchen appliances (equally great brands & prices.) I personally love the Kohls cash program. The service has always been on point and the store is clean. Also Kohl's is a return hub for Amazon purchase returns. And the process is seamless. Shout out to Amazon. Kohl's on west Shaw is a great place to patron! Five Starz!

COVID-19 phase: The workers are masked and masks are required. I went in to see about Christmas shopping. The place is pretty organized and clean. There are sales EVERYWHERE!!! I found a ring that was on sale to give for a Christmas gift to give. It was half off! =) I checked out and the worker was kind. Good service and good stuff! Recommended!!!

Well I was happy cause for long time no shopping ? I get excited ? and just what!! I lost my purse ? So I reported to one of the clerk then I went back to see if I can find it and YES I was on the place that I was So I Say thanks goodnesses for this and was happy and blessed After I went back to the women who announce and let all the crews about it I pay all my Christmas shopping and can make my payment so glad with all the Kohls personal Thanks ??

I ordered for pickup. My pack was damaged. The girl in online pickup was like "yeah it came like that". They didn't offer me another. So I went to checkout with other items I had found in store and asked a woman up front if I could get another since the $300 item I had bought was damaged. She laughed to her other coworker and told me to get it and she'd help me with the switching transaction. I was mad. Why order pickup if I'm just going to get a damaged package and then walk to the back of the store to get another one. Unprofessional lazy slobs.
