Attended a big concert and could not believe how disgusting the seats were. They were so dirty and the arm rests were sticky!!!. It seemed as if no one cleans between events!

I went during the Blink-182 concert. When we arrived, the line was on the shade. Later, the staff moved us directly to the sun. It was 100+ degree weather. People were waiting in line for over 30 minutes in that heat. I begin to feel sick, and I saw someone throw up while we waited. When we finally were able to get in, there was a woman who was getting checked up. I assume it's because she passed out from the heat. During the show, I couldn't really enjoy it because I was feeling extremely sick. We fortunately were able to get water, but I heard some people couldn't even get water or other beverages because staff didn't know their own policies. In my opinion, they should of let us in early in this temperature, but the staff were confused about when we were even allowed to get in. It was the worse visit I had here.

Save Mart Center brings some of the top artists out there. I've been to several shows, and they never disappoint. The atmosphere and energy the crowd brings is like no other.
I've been to several stadium concerts with very high energy, and you get the same energy, but with fewer people. With that said, every seat gives you a great view.

Did not open up on time as stated on their website instead it was about 20 min before the show started. Makes it worse when it's 100+ degree weather. There was a lack if communication with security staff. There was an inconsistency on the bag policy causing a lot of foot traffic and angry concert goers. Some security would allow big bags in that were not transparent and others would make a big deal of small bags that's were not transparent denying entrance to majority of the concert goers. By the time we got in the opener was basically done. Bathrooms need to be consistently cleaned and replenished. The space in the seated area is limited so if you want comfort or you are on the bigger end, this venue is not for you. Furthermore the amount of energy that the venue is using on other things like chasing street vendors, that energy should be directed towards enhancing their customers experience and those employees should also be used to enhance the customer service experience.

Great venue overall… understaffed at beverage sales areas… need to improve traffic flow for event traffic!

It sucked. Some of their policies make zero sense. How do I give zero stars?

i just got home from the pierce the veil/blink-182 show. this venue may be ADA compliant, but it is in no way handicap accessible. the wheelchair escort advertised on their website is also completely useless. i went to the guest services desk as instructed to be escorted to my seat because i cannot walk down stairs. i was put in a wheelchair and forgotten about for a super long time. after waiting to the point where i have missed the opening to the concert of my favorite band, i am informed that they cannot escort me to my seat because it goes down stairs, and that i will have to hobble down the stairs on my crutches. this is NOT what i was told by the person on the phone or by the website. walking down stairs can cause severe dislocations in my knees. if i had not been lied to, i would have not missed the first part of the pierce the veil concert. also, i have a chronic condition that affects my autonomic system. i had to come home early due to the lack of water promised by the lady on the phone. if my mom hadnt been awake when i called her i would have likely fainted in the venue. i was denied my own water.
save mart center has single handedly proved to me that, as long as no laws are being broken, they do not care about their disabled patrons. maybe its because i’m a teenager? maybe because i’m not an elder i cannot be disabled? extremely infuriating. do better.

Good venue, great seats. The parking crew however sucked. We arrived from the back end on Barstow, parked for free with at least a hundred people. Left for an emergency, came back 20 minutes later and was charged $25 for parking. We explained what happened and they said the parking attendants should have charged but didn’t. We’ll be parking on the street next time.

Doors were supposed to open at 6 pm. It was 110 out. Didn't open until 6:15pm. While waiting, my kids and I witnessed a woman completely passing out on the sidewalk. My 10 year old we rushed inside because she was also going to pass out. It should have been opened early with this kind of heat.
To top it off, you can't just buy a bottle of water.. nope. The PLASTIC bottle of water, Gatorade, or soda has to be put into a PLASTIC cup. Reduce, reuse, and recycle?! Guy says because people don't recycle the bottle tops... uhh, then give me the PLASTIC bottle without the damn lid! More and more plastic!!!
