I recently had a very disappointing experience at Save Mart, particularly with a cashier named Michelle. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and it was clear that she has no concept of customer service. Michelle was rude, dismissive, and made the entire checkout process uncomfortable. There was no greeting, no smile, and she seemed annoyed to even be there. It's shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is allowed to work directly with customers. Save Mart seriously needs to reevaluate their hiring practices if they want to maintain any level of customer satisfaction. I will definitely be reconsidering where I do my grocery shopping in the future.

So upset with this Savemart. I ordered sandwiches and wings for my daughter’s graduation. I went in on my lunch to order as I work close to this Savemart and was working a half day the night of her graduation. I picked them up at $50 for tray and got all the way home in Coarsegold. They were the wrong sandwiches. I called and spoke to a manager that couldn’t make a decision. He connected me to the assistant manager who said he needed to investigate. 11/2 hours later I called back and spoke to the manager who at first pretended he didn’t know what I was talking about. Then he said they made a sandwich tray and were delivering it? I asked where? They don’t have my address. He asked the assistant while I was on phone where it was being delivered to? This whole situation was unprofessional in the way it was handled. It was a waste of my time to go order and think they could get an order right!?! None of the managers can handle a situation. Never shopping there again or ordering food and I will ensure people know about the service!

I was at the store on 4/16/2024 Diane was the cashier that didn't acknowledge she didn't ask me if I needed a bag because she was to busy talking to other employees about her family she has poor customer service and lack of people skills also I noticed the store owner only responds to positive comments now I know where Diane gets her attitude from.

We just walked in last minute for a wedding cake! The people at the bakery were so nice and took a cake and made us a plain cake for picture cutting in just minutes!! We are so very thankful and appreciative of the work they did! The staff was very professional, friendly, and were absolute life savers! Everly and Danny in the bakery were so understanding and even went out of their way to ask us what flavors and frosting we preferred. Evelyn even asked about borders for the cake! It came out beautiful!

Worst Savemart location ever unhelpful and rude staff even the manger, three times you have to wait for soo long for cashier and they don’t care. I will never go to that location anymore because I complain to the manager and he didn’t take it serious.

Unlike Von's, they have advertised items in stock, but CHECK YOUR RECEIPT !!! The app does not work when clipping coupons. I added all the digital offers to my list but none of the items discounted at checkout and I had to return to the store to get it fixed. This is very deceptive to the customers that do not check their receipts and an inconvenience to those that do.
