I can’t really complain. Someone greets you at the door, a cart is ready, and scan and go on the app for what I’m buying is convenient. The food court also has scan and go with a different line. Now there’s gas.

I’ve gone two separate times well before closing during the weekday and the cafe is sold out of almost everything. No sundaes, no pizza pretzel, no icees, etc. They need to prep better or schedule more people. Also, the tables were messy and dirty.
Also the female worker seemed annoyed we were ordering, no smile or greeting and she just sharply said “we don’t have that. we don’t have that” to everything.

Great Costco alternative. Most items are a penny off. Not much to share. However, gal handing out samples hates her job. Has a do not disturb attitude, when asked a very pointed question, her response was "you can read the box." Enough said. If you hate your job, leave.

Before today I would rate Sam's Club a 10/10 love to shop there actually I go weekly because of the great deals but today not a great experience they are doing many changes that's makes things an issue like only allowing online orders (I prefer to speak to the bakers in person) and now they are getting an new AI artificial intelligence security that will scan you and your items as you walk out which is not safe for our own security I will be soon cancelling my membership with them as I will not pay to be under high radiation exposure and have my identity be at risk! I already try to deal with their creepy self drive cleaning robot but will not miss that.. Will continue shopping Costco from now on.

I suppose at Sam's Club, Being a courteous employee is against policy. Having meetings in issues where they look at you like you shouldn't be there...
Not to mention, you must get pretty good bonuses to talk people into getting credit cards, making people in line. Wait an extra ten minutes because you can't press the buttons correctly on their old machines
And to top it all off, they don't even put the stuff in your basket like Costco does just leave it there on the counter bread all twisted? Expecting you to rush for the next person when they did not even rush for you
Terrible business strategy, long term...

As a trucker, I go to Sam's Clubs all over, this is the only Sam's Club that wouldn't let me purchase some items after they finished unloading my trailer. They won't get my business again.

Sam's Club tire repaired my flat immediately on a slow Saturday morning and no charge to members. We were from out of town, Southern California, Corona, to be exact. The technician was very sympathetic, friendly and efficient. Thank you so very much.

Great service. I like the products sold here. One recent negative for me is the recent construction of gas pumps. It was hard to find parking before, and it has been a pain as of late. It would have been better if Sam's would have relocated to a bigger lot for the addition of gas pumps. It's way too congested, in my opinion.

Everything was easy to find and it wasn't very busy, I think it's a good place to go shopping.
