I was trying to get information for my sister for food donations(my sister doesn’t speak English) and the officer who answered the phone was extremely rude. He didn’t even want to the disclose any information about documentation required etc. How is it helpful to show up without proper documentation because the phone attendant won’t say what’s required?

I am very disappointed in the people that answer the phone. This is my second time calling this month to ask about resources for clients that are in need of help. My questions are never answered and the person on the phone is always very rude with their responses. I got a response of "I cannot disclose that information, every case is different. We receive over hundreds of phone calls." When all I wanted to know: is the utility assistance through LIHEAP?

This is my home church. I've been attending for the last 5+ years and will continue to do so. My life has been changed in so many wonderful ways. I've found the joy of living with Christ in not only in my life but the life of my children. Everyone has been a great part of my life. Helped get through many struggles I faced in my life. I encourage anyone needing help with finding themselves once again look up and trust in The Lord. He's always there no matter what we've been through. Salvation Army has truly helped me.

Was so kind an helpful Tina is very helpful I seen how she smiled an how she explained all detels to me an other people an with a smile alk of them an that help me alot just to smile an HAVEING a stress day an depressing thay made me smile an relize we do have good people in this world ??
