Pull up to the intercom and dial 222, they will open up the door. Park in the front of the office to check in, they will direct you to the dock door but wait for the warehouse personnel to come out and check the seal at the dock and then dock it. Bathroom is on the end of the building after dock 14, ring the bell at the door and they will let you in to use the bathroom. Less than 2 hours to unload a full dry van load, easy peasy. Enough room to back in to the docks.

This company closed our account after we couldn’t pay (one week delay) after the terrible snow storm in Grass Valley in February 2023. We put the invoice on a credit card and they reopened our account. Now they just closed it again without even notifying us, because we complained about being harassed by their credit department when we always give a check to the driver. So they have the money, they can’t find it and still call, threatening us. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them, as they have no mercy, don’t care about your business, and in three years with them we ordered more than 50 thousand dollars in merchandise. And always paid our invoices on time, apart from when a calamity happened and they didn’t have any problem just shutting us down. We are a small family business and to be treated like this is just outrageous.

Idk why everyone giving this place bad review mainly trucker don’t show up 30min early from your appointment that’s what they go by. They are quick in n out friendly staff thank you!

Nice ppl quick unloading appt was 11 am chk in 630 am door right away out 730 am 4 pallets easy back up overnight parking out side gate dirt parking lot

Overnight dirt parking lot. Checked in 0750 for 8am appt. Staff assigned dock, I slid tandems & removed red line. Within 20 mins trailer was empty. Splendid work. Carl's Jr. on Shaw Ave has somewhat room for few trucks otherwise park at your own risk on dirt lot outside facility.
