The employees were amazing, from the front desk to the technician. My technician was Jason, he listened to my concern with my windshield and was very helpful. He explained the whole process and what he thought may have happened. I really appreciated his kindness.

Was scheduled for an appointment to get a new window. Paid a large sum just to get hit with another large sum, days before my appointment. Thinking I had already paid the full amount, they hit me with a second bill. I don't think so and this would've been my first time going to safelite, now I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! How about giving us the full amount before hitting us with surprise charges later? UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

On 2-19-24 I went into the Clovis ave shop thinking that the front glass on my 2004 Colorado was leaking on passenger side. Mr. Jeff the technician went up and beyond the call of duty in his diagnosis and ended up being correct. The side body panel and panel underneath the front glass was plugged just enough to allow the water to seep down between the body into driver's side floor. I cleaned the channel as instructed by Jeff, allowed everything to dry, put it all back together and this last rain it stayed dried. Thank You for your services Mr. Jeff!

Just got serviced at my job for my window after someone broke into my car. James came in a timely manner and was the most kind worker and made sure he explained everything to me and showed me all the areas around my window that I should get repaired. He made an already stressful situation so much easier to handle and move on from. He even returned after leaving just because he wanted to double check he put my car handle back on correctly! A++ to James on customer service and satisfaction!

Called and made an appointment online for windshield replacement. Was actually more affordable than the three other places I called in town. With warranty.Extremely easy to schedule appointment. Got a reminder call from the staff. Extremely friendly, and professional. Got text message reminders updates, and information. Took my car in, Extremely well kept lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Handed over my keys and my car was doen within the hour. Got a text from staff (Andrew) who was pleasant and very helpful in answering all my questions, that my car was done.Arrived to pick up my car, had a fun conversation with the friendly staff. They went over all the warranty info, and what to do to make sure glass and glue sets correctly. I left very pleased and happy. So far so good with the new windshield. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had a chip from a rock hitting my windshield driving in the mountains. Had Safelite come to my house and George was very nice and told me they could seal it but would be still somewhat visible. Had him check on replacement and it was covered under my insurance. He made me an appt with the office to bring it in and have it installed/calibrated. Office was very friendly and efficient. Supposed to be a 3-4 hour drop off but Anthony called me and said it was ready after an hour and 15 mins.Everything works, looks good, and they vacuumed the area and it looked better than when I dropped it off. I was worried by the reviews but fortunately I had a great experience and the people I worked with were good at their jobs!(After pic and before pic)

Service was okay that honored your warranty. But after they replaced the windshield, there was no clean up. My vehicle was filthy.

Scheduled an appointment for a new windshield and was informed a non oe part was ordered. On a bill that was close to $1000 why would a non oe part be ordered? Now because of this "cheaper is better error" i have to reschedule my work week. We are unfortunately in a world where the customer is taken advantage of financially and having to make arrangements in our work week because companies like this are trying to make cheaper products work or making more profit one of the 2. I talked to a different glass company and he was honest with me on non oe vs the correct oe part that was installed on tge vehicle. My vehicle has ADAS so it would have made "professional sense" to order the correct part and not try and make a non factory part slide through the process. Cheaper is never better and being that my office is my car safety supplied by my ADAS system is my #1 priority.

They will only use the cheapest parts and glass. You will wait two weeks if they can’t source something cheap. I had a local guy do it for 1/3 the price. He said the “calibration” needed on my Subaru was just a scam and he was right.

My appointment was apparently canceled. When I showed them my email confirmation, they said it wasn't them, and I was canceled by the "back office." 50 min drive in, and they didn't have my windshield and had no way of doing the repair. There was no ownership of the mistake on their part, and basically told me to deal with it. I took my business somewhere else rather than rescheduling with them.

Very professionally run. Courteous efficient staff, pleasant waiting room with comfortable seating, coffee and water machines, TV.My car went in exactly at the scheduled time and was ready one hour and fifteen minutes later for a windshield in a Mercedes SUV

Literally said he can try but he will damage my entire windshield, who's the professional, so I can't use my insurance and your company, due to your inability to repair a small chip in my windshield. I will most definitely let corporate know how unprofessionalof an experience there technician provided and this is who represents the company. I watched him sit outside my jib for 15 minutes before apt in his car, on the phone ? with work I guess but I doubt it, shirt un tucked looking very much like a joke . If he was going Damage my windshield like he said, then the company should have replaced it. I went somewhere else and they said they can repair no problems. He was a lazy man. Didn't wanna work I can tell. No INTERGRITY at all.

Needed my windshield replaced and sent out their guy Chase, think that’s his name. Anyways, he did an awesome job on my windshield. Told me he’d get it done in no time and came through. He even gave me a jump start too! Great customer service and great work done!

If you call with a warranty problem you can not reach anyone on the phone. You go through several menus and then the automated attendant just says we can not answer your call at this time and you should go to the website. This was during normal business hours.
