This store did make it right - product is on back order. They gave me a refund - just had to call. I think system is archaic as far as notifying you when on back order. They kept their word!
I ordered from this site on the 25th of May - I should have read the reviews. Still hasn’t shipped and I have sent several emails with NO response- DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an online order (beginning of March) with RSVP Style for a product / company that is getting harder and harder to source. I understand that sometimes orders come in multiple deliveries. That's fine. Here is the caveat, partial order arrived, but did not get any email notification in regards to the rest of the order. After about 10 days, with still not reply, I began calling, and reaching out on social media and sending emails, each time indicating my order number. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. This was going on for about 2 months. Finally, by chance someone responded to my call via text message and after two messages the conversation ended. Shortly after I received an email indicating a refund for the items I never received. Regardless of the outcome, not getting items I really wanted - the online ordering and customer service are simply AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET ANY CONTACT OR REPLY.

I’m very disappointed with the invitations I received. Don’t get me wrong the quality is great but they were not what I had asked for. I chose this invitation because I fell in love with the exterior design. And through the whole process I thought I was paying $2,195 for the design we talked about in our consultation and had asked for. Today I picked up my invitations come to find out they do not have the exterior design we had asked for. We reach out and we’re told that it was on their notes but had not been included and we would not only have to pay more but would have to wait longer for them to be completed, why they decided not to include the design I specifically asked for? I do not know. I put my trust in this shop thinking it would make this part of wedding planning less stressful only to be disappointed. I attached pictures of what I asked for and what I received. And again quality is great but this was not what I thought I was paying for.

If I could I would leave a zero review, the quality of the work Is good, but the execution was bad. My fiancé and I had requested 100 save the dates, but only received 60 and we wouldn't have received the full order if we hadn't double checked. Working with all our other vendors for our wedding has been a breeze, this has been the worst experience so far.

I love coming here for items I know I will be one of a kind. They've been life savers for gifts on the go: easy hostess gifts, something to bring to a dinner, or a special birthday present for that person who has everything. The gift wrap is my favorite part, nothing compares to being the one with the present that is so beautifully wrapped you don't even want to open it! Gina and Stephanie are always helpful in picking out something when I don't even know what I'm looking for. And the best part is you can call ahead, ask for a gift idea based on occasion and price range, and they'll take care of the rest! There's so many beautiful things to look at for every part of the home, as well as high end perfumes, candles, clothing, and baby stuff of course. You'll be seeing more of me :)

I was so excited that I finally found my favorite candle that was discontinued! I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and still have not received it.I completely understand it may of taken a week or maybe two but not 3 weeks. There is NO tracking # available and I’ve attempted several times to speak with someone via phone, email, and live chat for an update. They had no problem deducting $68 from my account, the least they could do is respond! Will never purchase another thing with RSVP Style!
