My husband and I recently purchased a bedroom set from Royal Furnture Home Store, we shopped around many other furniture stores and Royal Furniture had the best price. They were very Friendly and not pushy for the sale they answered all our questions they gave us an exact date for when we will receive our items. The bedroom set was beautiful they set it up very quickly i was very pleased with everything i will be recomending Royal furniture to all my friends ands family!

My husband and I have been buying furniture from here for a long time. They never disappoint.I always recommend it to my friends and family and they’ve always had good experiences with Royal Furniture as well.I feel like they really listen and care about finding what we are looking for. We went again today to purchase some beds. The owner of the store was there. He was super helpful to us and I really appreciate that. Even trying to make sure everything will delivered to our home in the timeline we need it.So I felt compelled to put in a review.

I placed an order and paid in full over 4k. In the beginning they told me, max 2 weeks so they can deliver my bed nd dresser. They never called to keep me updated. I was the one calling to see where was my order. They lied to me saying they had picked up my bed and my dresser was not in stock.They said they were gunna deliver my bed on the 3rd week nd they didn’t even have it at their store.I had to call again on the 4th week to see what was going on and I still had to wait another 4 days till they finally delivered my products. It seems as if they don’t communicate with each other, because they would all tell me different things. I loved my bed set but not the customer service. Personally I wouldn’t shop here again.
