This store has such a relaxing vibe, great shoe selections, and thoughtful customer services. The sales associate took her time helping me find the right pair of Birkenstocks and I didn't feel rushed like in other stores. Great store!

Came during a busy afternoon, but we were still promptly approached, greeted, and inquired about what kind of products we were looking for. We picked out a couple and the gal went to look for our size, but they didn't have any in stock on either selection. She did, however, bring out a few different other options in the right size, which we greatly appreciated, but unfortunately, none of them ended up working out. Maybe next time!

Excellent shoe selection and wonderful customer service! I went in there the other day to try on some shoes that I was going to order online, decided to buy it right there and then! They said they only issue store credit, but that’s not a problem! I won’t be returning these wonderful shoes anytime soon!

You can’t have a better Birkenstock place in town! It’s tucked in this little corner of Fresno and it feels, well, like a small business! Everyone knows your name and helps you out, providing exceptional customer service. They don’t have just Birkenstocks! I would honestly recommend Hokas as they are great walking shoes! The people there are really nice and if they do not have the shoe you would like in the right size, they’re more than happy to order it for you! I will always recommend this place to my friends for some high quality shoes!

I just went in ti see if I could get my Birkenstocks clasp fixed and the staff were quick to welcome me, very friendly, and very helpful in fixing my shoe and with no charge. Such a great experience:)

Brought in a pair of Birkenstocks for a new footbed. The size of the new foot bed was considerably smaller (a full size smaller) than the size that they were when brought in for repair. The manager acknowledged the mistake and that the person doing the repairs should have noticed the difference and made the adjustment or called me. Their resolution was to charge me for another footbed and they would waive the labor fee. In the end, I would be paying MUCH MORE than a new pair of Birkenstocks and pay for two footbeds, but only get one. I now have a favorite pair of Birkenstocks that I can only wear with pain and they have my $90!!!

Want to start out with a big Thank you to Jena for her great service!! Was in search for new comfy shoes for work and found Roxanne's Birkenstock's on Yelp. Jena was extremely helpful in going over my wants & needs. She brought out probably about 10 pairs of shoes to try. Ended up with one pair that I hope will do the trick. Right now they are having a huge sale - go check it out. They also have a huge selection of socks. Quick note check in on Yelp & receive a 10% discount.
