On phone they are not helpful at all, don't listen to customer needs and reluctant to venture an opinion. Sad since I have gone in and spent a lot of money on several shoes etc. I will take Roxanne's off my shopping list.

My wife bought our daughter a pair of Birkenstocks as a birthday present. My wife didn’t ask, but they offered to wrap them for free. Their wrapping and customer service is excellent!
