Well I don't have anything bad to say minus the pricing , but it's like that everywhere now a days . Workers welcomed me and asked if I found everything ok . I can't complain .

Racial profile us because we’re Asian. We were just trying to shop like everyone else & we got racial profile. The security guard kept following my siblings and us around so we only bought a few items. We didn’t even get to look around. SMH

Their discriminatory behavior needs to be fixed. My girlfriend went shopping with her family there. They were followed around by a security guard for no apparent reason (or I guess the reason was that they're Hmong??). Please fix this. Discrimination based on race or class is not okay.

Everytime I come to this Ross store I immediately regret it. They had one person checking out people and line was so long and employees just standing around for 20mins. After that 3 employees came by unfortunately I had the disappointment of being helped by Gabby she was short and rude.

I try to sit on one of the chairs to see how it feel in case. I want to buy it but I have a warm the workers yelled at me right for them by family and that is not cool and for that I'm. Not doing business over here.

There are three specific employees who hurried us out from the store after watching us wait to see jewelry. Her words “are you going to buy it?” Insinuating that I can only see it if I’m going to buy! Terrible customer service, unbelievable WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!
