Absolutely stellar customer service! I took my son in for a driver shaft fitting and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, managing to reduce my son's driver spin by up to 40% with the correct shaft! We've definitely found our go-to spot for all our golfing needs and can't wait to return.

A very appealing inventory, several genuinely nice employees; however, policies hidden from buyers. Purchased new irons and driver with promise of 90 days return if not a good fit. Wound up having to resell at a horrible discount due to their misfit. If anything other than stock options are included in fitting, the 90 day warranty is voided. If shafts are shorter or longer this applies as well. Known for lowballing trade ins. I we in recently, called ahead to speak to fitter with full intention on buying iron set. I didn't even get to hit one ball on launch monitor due to a long fitting taking place. There are much better options for purchasing clubs. I vowed 10 years ago to never buy clubs here again and I will drive to Hagen Oaks in Sacramento to get the ( first class customer service) that we golfers deserve when shelling out over a thousand dollars for clubs. Went in for a club fitting. Gavin was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. My experience was 5/5 stars. As someone who supports small businesses, sure you can find better prices at a big box store, but I would rather spend a little more at a local business that makes you feel appreciated and valued.

Jake and Peter have taken great care of my wife and I getting started on our golf journey. Fittings were great and they deserve every penny we’ve spent, and we will continue to buy there as long as their service stays this good.

Charlie and all his staff are amazing. Great honest service. My new Calloway CB 23 wedges are the best forgiving wedges i have ever had. If you dont have I highly recommend you go vist Roger Dunn in Fresno/Visalia

Horrible “customer service”, nonexistent actually. The past three times I’ve gone in, not a single associate has greeted me or come up to see if I needed help with anything. Each time, there’s 2-3 associates standing behind the counter chatting about nothing, and each time, I’ve been prepared to spend money. Go to Dick’s sporting goods or order online, you’ll spend less money and not have to deal with pompous, elitist sales associates. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

I went to Roger Don about six weeks ago or so, to have a iron fitting for the first time in my life. I had a very pleasure book experience, both with the fitting, and with the honesty, letting me know about the balloon pop sale. I waited about a month for the sale, but the first day of the sale, believe it or not, I was the first person in line at that register for a brand new set of Taylor Made P790s with extra stiff shaft, and a pair of Air Force Ones to boot. I’ve only played 2 9-hole rounds so far, and I can completely tell the difference between my old irons and the new ones, throwing darts straight at the pin all day long. Well done Boys!!!

Staff is very nice and helpful to deal with especially when you are spending big money there. The only reason I put three stars is make sure before you purchase anything to understand any return policy with this company. I would recommend to look around and do your homework before buying anything.
