I went in for a Challenger or a Charger but left with a Honda (Blasphemy as a Mopar fan I know) but unfortunately the market right now didn't allow me to get a Mopar. So instead I settled with a very good condition Honda EXL with 8.9% Interest. Went in and was told 9.8% minimum but luckily was able to get 8.9% thanks to Brian and his team. Honestly after my visit and experience I don't see why they have such a mid rating. My guess is that certain customers expected to get the best of the best car with a low rate but when their credit wouldn't allowed it, they blame the dealers. I went in, got a good car with low rates and drove off with the car same day. I and my family will definitely be shopping here again. Very satisfied with my experience.

Hello, My name is Debriana,and I was told by one of the employees there that If I came down there and had something to put down I would drive out with a car, I came down after church Sunday afternoon, my aunt dropped me off there. I live too far so I asked I believe 3 times are you sure I will leave with something he yes just come on down we will get you into something today 1,000 down well I got all the way to the end of signing the papers and they told me they would not be able to I had my children 5 of them at home waiting for me to get home I was so upset . They said just bring in my proof well I called today and the phone number was disconnected. I don't understand we are looked down upon for not having the tools we need to be a working part of society.
I don't think they are realizing they put the people who weren't handed life in the negative when we aren't treated with equal rights they completely ignored my calls yesterday and this morning they haven't answered. I'm not usually an angry women but this has been done constantly to me in this town.

First of all me and my husband went to this dealership and we don't have great credit so what we wanted to put down wasn't going to be enough Alfredo said it would be better if we came up with 10% of the car we wanted which was 1,300 and then my husband called next day and he said 2,500 we actually we we're like what?? a little confused from what he said day before everything changed we came up with 1,500 Alfredo told my husband let me call finance company and work with that down payment give me 30 minutes tops to call you back js if you couldn't work with us the decent thing could of just called and let us know very rude and unprofessional.

I just purchased my vehicle from Javier and my experience was great! He was kind and explained everything to me in detail about the loan and contract I was signing, I didn’t feel pressure to buy either. I was able to even get financed at a lower interest rate and with a very reputable credit union! Thanks again!

I seen this car and I put a deposit down on the car A couple hours later they call me and tell me they need a Complete deposit. I told him it would take another week. They had my money they knew I wanted the car and a day later they sold that car. I am having trouble getting my money back from these people. I highly recommend that you be aware of who you're dealing with. And make it to the point where I have to take legal action. I shall add my money back the day they sold that car.

Javier is the best sales man I've ever met. He does not like to push things on you that you don't want or isn't interested in. He is so helpful and trys his best to get you what you want and wants to make sure you leave the lot in brand new car. This is the 3rd car we purchase with River Park Auto and each time we always leave on a great note! Javier does the best he can to get us in to what we want and makes it work , best customer service! We have never had any issues with the cars and they work great till this day!
