**Review: Disappointing Service at Ride and Shine Car Wash**
I recently visited Ride and Shine Car Wash with my work truck and was extremely disappointed with the service. After paying over $20 for a wash, I found several areas on the hood still unwashed, and there were bugs left on the windows and grill. It was clear that the job was done hastily and without attention to detail.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, I found it nearly impossible to circle back and ask for help. There's an arm over the driveway that forces you to pay again just to speak with someone, which is incredibly frustrating and unhelpful.
Overall, my experience at Ride and Shine Car Wash was far from satisfactory. The poor quality of the wash and the lack or ability to seek customer service makes me not want to rerun. I sure hope they can improve their standards and make it easier for customers to get assistance in the future.

My car got cleaned. The attendants were very helpful. I like the free use of vacuum cleaners. I am very satisfied and will come back again when I need to.

I wasn't able to get a wash, BUT Megan was great with her customer service skills. The location is good, and the surrounding area was clean.

Machines usually work fine. Today I got stuck after paying for my ride. Had to jump out and talk to the staff, and they upgraded my wash and got me through.

I was shocked in a great way about the service, easy to use and cleanliness of my truck after stopping by this car wash. Great value and free vacuums for your vehicle. I would definitely go here again.
