We did not have a good experience with Rich I am sorry to say. We found him on a realtor website because our long time realtor was unavailable for personal reasons. We listed our property for sell with Rich and as soon as we paid $550.00 in fees, he called to tell us it fell out of escrow. Now he is not relinquishing the listing contract so we can list with our original agent.
Rich's response to this review is not entirely true. He did not send the cancellation multiple times. He only sent it once I posted this review on Google. In addition, he is not signing the cancellation so I can't list the property until he relinquishes his right to sell our property. Therefore, my original agent has his hands tied until Rich signs.

Working with Rich was amazing! He and his team were always so prompt with everything throughout, and he was very responsive and helpful. He worked with me on a few amendments, and explained things when I asked without condescension. He also helped straighten things out when I thought there was a big issue with my lender. I'd recommend him to my friends if they buy in the area!
