I was here to shop for items that regular store don't carry no membership needed I was surprised they have decent quality items for a cheap price now I feel like other store are just ripping us off

I like this place, I find everything at a good price, the only bad thing for me is that to obtain membership I have to have an established business. But the one-day pass helps me a lot, it only has a small disadvantage. That the products are final sale and the membership. It gives you the advantage of being able to give back. Products and the day pass

Came here for the first time today. And caught some workers making fun of me in the refrigerated area, because of my weight. I felt humiliated and awful after leaving the store. I would like to think that as such a big warehouse, there’d be better employees. And to think I was excited about having a restaurant depot in our city. Seems like it’s not the first time for employee Randy and the other coworker, (wasn’t able to get his name) to make fun of customers. Looks like some people needs to be retrained on customer service.

Not an easy place at ALL to figure out how to get a truck into...they changed my appointment time to get unloaded after I was already en route, making it 2 hours earlier (which in my case was impossible to do, even with fluff time added, because it takes more than 30 hours to make it coast to coast)...So far have sat here for 4 hours while every other truck has come and gone. Docks are empty and no one will even answer the door at check in. Trash everywhere. This place is absurd. I will refuse all loads here from this point forward and would highly suggest other drivers and companies do the same. As far as restaurateurs, shop elsewhere...if they treat truckers who bring them product this poorly, imagine how they treat employees.

One of the best places for restaurants to purchase from. The prices are super low on their food and restaurant equipment and supplies.
You can get your whole restaurant or business setup from this one location. Buy a hood, range, prep tables, refrigerator, freezer, deep fryers, sandwich prep, ice machine, blenders, grinders, all kinds of large and small equipment to get your business started. I talk to Sam, he's the Smallwares Mgr and can help you get anything ordered for your business.
They also have all kinds of utensils, boxes, bags, containers... they have it all.
They have a huge walk in freezer to shop from with all kinds of produce, meat and frozen items. I'm glad this place is in town. The folks here have also been very friendly and helpful. I recommend you check it out.

This is the go to spot for all your needs! Better prices then Costco or Smart and Final. Always have what you want or need in stock. Meat management is always on point and knows what he’s doing, able to get special items that arnt available. I highly recommend for all you restaurant / catering needs.

there was a tall old man, silver hair, glasses, with a very loud voice that was just SO rude. bought a lot of things for a party and he was upset that there was 3 carts. even caught him eye to another girl employee and they both made an annoyed face. VERY unprofessional. wish i had said something then but oh how i wish that this place know who they’re hiring.
