Can’t make any new policies because their out of INk. It’s been a month and still haven’t received their INK. They refer me to some other location , location of kings canyon, just so they can tell me that I have to go through this location which I’m writing the review for since I was already a previous customer . Terrible service won’t be recommending anyone here .

They are deceivers, they change the price of your insurance company every 6 months...even having a clean record, I think I'm going to change insurance companies!!!!

The people from the office is alright and they do help you out but roadside attendant and the people on the phone is really bad!!! Last time my truck broke down they left me stranded the bad thing was that i had my three kids with me so that was not cool! Ended up paying $$600 dollars for a different tow company...

Worst customer service ever! The employees don’t know how to do there job save your time and go to a different insurance company.
