My father and I had a great experience here. We had spent the entire day there waiting for the out of network insurance to authorize the urgent need for surgery. The staff treated us like valued guests, despite their busy schedules. The surgeon and his assistant explained everything so precisely and showed care and concern for my dad, making sure that the result would be what he wanted and was comfortable with. They tried everything in their power to make sure my dad’s thumb was fixed. They even stayed after hours to do it. The staff in the surgery area go above and beyond to show love and care, which let’s be honest, is not easy to find these days in the healthcare field. They not only took wonderful care of my dad, but knowing how stressful and hard our situation was, they treated me like a loved patient as well. They put me in a private dark room with warm blankets, chocolate, and a movie. I’m telling you, this place has the sweetest staff! Thank you Regional Hand Center for being so loving to my father and I. ♥️

My appointment was at 1pm waited over an hour. At 1:15 I asked if the doctor was running behind and reception staff stated 1 person was ahead of me, yet several patients have been called ahead of me.

I had an infected hand from a feral cat bite catch and release gone wrong Dr Avena was kind enough to perform emergency surgery on Sunday the day before Memorial Day and saved my hand the care has been nothing but excellent

Avoid this clinic. I made an appointment with Dr. Galli two months ago for my Dupuytren's contracture in my left hand. I requested to see Dr. Galli specifically. I was given an appt. for May 26. Two days before my appt. I was informed that Dr. Galli is not available and I would have to see his P.A. I called to reschedule for an actual doctor, not a P.A. and was told that I can't get in until mid July. Sierra Pacific Orthopedic was able to get me in sooner. Go there!!!

I have had multiple surgeries and the Hand Center and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Avena is very thorough with explaining the treatment procedures. Ileana Cervantes is the PA-C for my cases and she is absolutely incredible with patient care. She is professional, knowledgeable and takes great care of patients after surgery. I highly recommend the Regional Hand Center.

My Dr's and surgery team have been great. But the front end lady is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Always has a attitude and is very very disrespectful. I'm thinking of finding a new dr for the other surgery I should be getting in the next few months. I just don't understand how everyone else has been super amazing but they keep her around it looks bad on all of them.

Regional hand center has offices in both Fresno and Visalia, I live in Visalia but was told I needed to be seen in Fresno for the first time, so I made the 1 hour drive then waited 2 hours to be seen however I had to leave without being seen because I had another appointment back in Visalia. Greedy, inconsiderate doctors clearly overbooking patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Galli and Eric Wagoner, PA-C since 2018 and every visit has been nothing but a great experience. Any concerns and questions I've had have been answered thoroughly and professionally. The compassion and care that they show their patients are nothing I've ever experience before. I've had two surgeries with Dr. Galli and let me tell you each one has been a great experience. I want to thank the amazing office staff and surgery staff for work that they do on a daily. Thank you to nurse Shannon for being one of the sweetest most caring people I've come across. I HIGHLY recommend Regional Hand Center any chance I get. Again, thank you for making my experience a great one.

Dr. Galli has been the most competent, professional and compassionate surgeon and physician I have ever seen as a patient. I don’t know how I could be any happier and cared for than the past couple of years dealing with horrible pain in my right thumb. The pain is gone and my strength is returning. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Galli and recommend him all the time to friends, family and associates.

Im not an impatient person but when your appointment is at 1230 and you are early and you do not get called for the appointment until 210 then staff tells you the reason is that Dr. GALLI is just like that and still you have 2 patients ahead of you WHY is it that ok to treat people that way and waste our time I dont believe the doctor would accept a patient coming in late and still wanting her appointment Why does it seem OK for this office to do that to patients that are elderly and have to take medication and eat but still hurry up and wait very unprofessional No respect and very rude. I guess some doctors have that prevlige I would never recommend an office that treats patients in this manner and for the staff after waiting all this time just to recommend to reschedule should I charge for my time just like the doctor does......
