We had a very helpful Sales man named Doug, he was really nice and very helpful. We didn't feel pressured he gave us our space and answered all of our questions and gave us a great deal. We were very impressed with Reds Furniture. We stopped in and walked out with a nice recliner day bed and a nice kitchen table. All for a an amazing deal! At the Visalia store on Mooney!

I came in on January 2 just windowshopping looking for new furniture for the new home that I was going to move to in February. I spoke with Doug, Great salesman and he let me walk around the store and look without any pressure; long story short. I found a set that I wanted, but I wasn't actually ready for the furniture, so he said the sale was going to go off soon I put $500 down to hold the sale price ; since that time. A catastrophic happened within my family and I'm leaving California altogether and the owners of this establishment is awesome They gave me my money back with no problem all of it. Little red was so nice. I went into tears because this meant so much to me. I've lost so much. And for anyone reading this just remember this is something that this company doesn't do is give money back like that and especially without charging a restocking fee. They were compassionate enough to refund me all of my money and I'm so very grateful so if you want to do business with a place That shows good faith in their business dealing and compassionate red furniture in Visalia California is the place to do it.

red is a liar. he is nice, welcoming at first but basically in the end he is the type of slick salesman that will say or do whatever it takes in that moment to snatch your money & complete the sale. that's a shame bc we really thought upon meeting him that he was the real deal. once the sale is over, good luck when your furniture comes bc when it's scheduled to arrive & it doesn't show up that day & he doesn't call - in the end, YOU will call & he will tell you 4 different lies the 4 times you call. * red told my husband our piece was to be delivered "next week". (lie #1) it didn't show up. we called again to follow up. * 9/21/23 thursday. red then said it would be delivered "early next week". (lie #2) it didn't show up "early next week" as red said. * 9/27/23 wednesday. we called again. red said it would NOW "be delivered if not thursday 9/28/23 then it will be delivered friday 9/29/23 or monday the latest 10/02/23." (lie #3) * he said he would call to let us know what time delivery will be on monday if it doesn't come friday. (lie #4) he gave story about how he had to order another piece to be able to get the piece we ordered from him delivered to his store (?) & said it will come monday 10/02/23 the latest. (lie #5) now it is sunday, 10/01/23 3:30pm. no call from red. so i called. his assistant at the phone said red is currently with customers but she asked him about our order & NOW he's changed the story to, "it has not come in yet but when it comes in he will deliver SAME DAY." WHEN will that be?? how many times do we get the run around on dates?? had i seen the previous reviews on yelp about other customers complaining about his dishonesty & delivery time, i wouldn't have bought my piece from here! so here i am, writing this review, his assistant said she will put me "on a brief hold" until RED is done assisting his current customers. i understand that BUT i've been waiting for 48 minutes on the phone!! so i just hung up & called back - guess what?? now my call has gone STRAIGHT to voicemail 2x. (see screenshots.) i'm posting this same review on bbb & anywhere else it needs to be seen. my husband only checked reviews on google for red's furniture store. it was just now we went to see yelp reviews. ** SO BUYER BEWARE: do NOT come here if you want to avoid STRESS. just like previous reviews said. ** to RED or your assistant: i would like to be REFUNDED in full for item "1 HOMEELEGANCE 2259W-9 Chest" in the amount of $595.00 + sales tax & delivery charged for this item since it has NOT been delivered. * i do NOT appreciate being lied to multiple times & based on previous reviews, this is how you operate your business. ** RED: it is NOT right to stress your customers out like this. we were very patient until you LIED 4+ times to us & would not take our call waiting on phone 48+ minutes to solve issue of your LYING then you put us straight to voicemail right after that when your store closes at 8pm tonight.

Went to look at furniture and he rushed in the parking lot In a red truck and jumped out flapping his arms with a crazy attitude. and then got mad at me. Like I was trying to start a fight with him or something. Because he was looking at me and I was looking at him???? I wouldn't trust this person.

I recently purchased a dining room table and chairs. The actual purchase was so easy and very pleasant. I could not have been more pleased. I would have given 10 stars, without a doubt! However having said all of this there is one part that could stand some improvement. The delivery guys were very nice and considerate. I feel sorry for them as they are given different instructions as what is promised by the owner. The only thing that matters in becoming a 5 star business is your word and carrying it out, not stating things that make you look good, but in fact are certainly far from the truth and acting as if the problem is the customer.

I've purchased multiple times from Reds Furniture now. Big Red always helps me find exactly what I want. Is always honest about what brands are quality and he recommends and what I should stay away from. Can not beat the quality of furniture for the price. Furniture is always delivered and assembled on time with no issues.

Great customer service.Red has always been very welcoming during our visits. Willing to help me with anything I wanted to customize to the color I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and will be returning for any future furniture purchases. Definitely recommend!

went in to ask a simple question to see if the camera he has outside could see who hit my friends car in the parking lot, and the owner proceeded to tell me that the camera does not face that direction when i can clearly see that it does, so i ask if he can go back and he says "the problem with that is my cameras don't rewind" and so i jokingly said "oh man, a camera that doesn't go back?" and i was screamed at with multiple obscenities telling me not to come in and be disrespectful and who do i think i am, and don't ever come here again. And like i said, I'm leaving out A TON for curses that were yelled my way, along with threats of violence. I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else for your furniture needs, as that company's people skills and morals are miserably under-developed.
