I've always loved taking my car to Red Carpet. Today I went for a full service oil change and upgraded my car wash. Upon getting home I realized there was trash in the back cup holder. This is the first issue I've ever had in the years of going to Red Carpet. I called and the assistant manager George had me come back. He personally redid my vehicle for me. This experience solidified my love for Red Carpet and their dedication to customer satisfaction. No service industry is going to be without mistake. But if you ever have issues here KNOW that management strives to make it right 100% of the time!

went here today on August 10, 2024 to get my car washed and I reached here at 5:29 pm but the girl standing holding the board refused to wash my car saying that it is already 5:30 pm so we will not wash your car today, we have closed it, but I said that I reached there a minute before closing but she again gave the same reply to me that it is already 5:30 pm so we will not wash your car and she did not listen to me and a boy was working there, that boy came towards me with great anger and shouted and said to me in a rude manner, I am telling you that now we will not wash your car, we have closed it now and you cannot talk to the girl at all and I said okay cancel my membership and return my money and that boy said we will not cancel, if you want to cancel then do it yourself from the phone, on this I said that when I had taken the membership, I had taken it by coming here, I had not taken it over the phone. And then that boy threatens me that I am telling you for the last time that we will not cancel, you do it yourself from your phone and you cannot ask anything from the girl. I felt very sad about this but I left from there without saying anything else but I did not like his way of talking at all.

My wife,Patti and I,Don Lawless have been faithful customers of Red-carpet car wash with all of our vehicles. Honda Prelude/ Toyota Camery/ Gmc 1500 pickup. My wife brought our New Toyota Rav4 2023.for awash. Came out with a Scratch on the driver's door. THE MANAGER did not own up to it. I , Don Lawless talked to GEORGE and A African American tall guy who works with all the cars coming in. They absolutely ķnow my wife and I. Now RED-CARPET YOU HAVE LOST ALONG TIME CUSTOMERS

Ask for EMILIO! Been coming to this car wash as a member since I moved to Fresno back in 2021. I’ve always been pleased with their work, but they have a young man that works on the weekends named Emilio that does an outstanding job both inside and out! I drive a lifted Ram Rebel on 35’s so I can only imagine how he does with smaller vehicles. I highly recommend asking for him!

Thank you very much Becky! I really respect that you took an extra mile happily explaining the packages and show the differences between all packages with a huge smile knowing that I came at 5:25PM which is five minutes prior closing.
This is really what makes people come back representing respecting and trust and I don’t wanna Bossman can’t complain almost closing oh yeah yeah are you guys close 00 close OK no problem I do nothing yes please I’ll take the good please for any room cleaner oh well this is not my car this is a rental so I just want to take it to them cleaned out that’s it thank you play some music Harrison no no not really a man OK hello Missy no that’s that’s it brother I got you thank you very much I’m at appreciate what’s your name Joe man it’s hot outside my name is Joe do you how do you know Joey hello I am ABC thank you you too sir

Hi. Went to get car washed. They had trouble getting my van through the wash system. So they washed the van by hand n cleaned it. Very friendly nice to me and polite give personal an A plus rating. Thank you Staff 5star rating

Customer service when trying to get a car wash is terrible. The person who does the greeting and holds the price chart needs a major attitude adjustment.

Went in for a wash and vacuum on the hottest day in Fresno and the crew was working their butts off with a smile. From the two gentleman cleaning the interior to the staff member who helped me at the register, this place is 10 stars!
