I bought living room furniture from Ramos. The men who delivered them were very professional and were very helpful in helping us remove our old furniture. Because of them ill be going back for my furniture needs.

I usually look for customer service, this was too persistent and she got very defensive ?. I was trying to figure out which mattres would suit us, while and older woman came to help. My husband let her know we were looking and deciding on it mutually. My husband had asked her some questions so I let them be and told him I wanted to look at other stuff so she can answer his questions. He did and told her we were looking first and stood nest to me at another mattress section. She followed and asked if we had any questions. I told her that my SO and I were trying to figure out what mattress to get. She then answered that she was here to help. I explained that we weren't sure yet and needed to figure it out amongst us. She then stated that she wasn't bothering anyone and she was here to answer questions. To which I responded that I didn't say she was and that we just needed time to figure out what we were getting. She got huffy and said I had attitude. Yeah this is a no for me. Glad some of you got great customer service but this older woman was a not it. I work in customer service and can't fathom why you would get defensive the way she did.

Was going in to look at a couple of mattresses we had our eye on last week, some old woman with blonde streaks kept harassing us even tho we had told her we were still looking around making it VERY clear we didn't need help. She then got defensive sputing out she wasn't bothering us. If someone says they don't need help just listen the first time and go away, why seek problems out if we wanted help we would've asked. Needless to say we left and made our purchase elsewhere.

I had a perfect experience! I came in one day and Erica helped me. I took photos of couches I liked. When I came in a couple weeks later, Erica was there and while I was looking up the photos I had taken she took me to all the couches I had previously looked at. She remembered! When I got the couch one cushion was less dense than others. I spoke with Nora and she immediately replaced the cushion. I'm sorry to those that had a bad experience. Mine was perfect.

Worst customer service ever! Don't go here if you don't wish to be judged by your appearance. Walked into this place looking for a bed. They said they don't sell them. Isn't that weird a furniture place not selling beds? Must have asked the lady 5 different questions and she just kept saying no and refused to show me anything.

Absolutely the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. I spent 3000k on furniture. First the dining chair is broken and make me take it to them to fix. 2nd the $1500 leather reclinering sofa floor model they sold me was delivered broken. At purchase they said it was in perfect condition. They sent a employee to look at it and said this is a manufacturer defect and they should refund or exchange it. The manager said well order the part and you can repair it yourself. Basically they said screw you. So save your money and go to someone to stands behind there products.

Unsatisfactory Furniture. We purchased a kitchen table set and couches last year. Soon after, we began to have issues with our recliner couch. I contacted Ramos Furniture and they said since this was a floor model there was no guarantee. Less than a month after that, our chair began to fall apart and the bench for the table cracked. I was able to replace the product but was told I'd have to pay for them to assemble (to replace their bad product). I put it together myself. Not long after, my bench cracked again. Very frustrated and dissatisfied with my purchase. I will not be going back to purchase furniture from this place again.

When we walked in, no one greeted us and one woman just stared until we waves her over. We asked about a particular sofa and she obviously had no idea what we where talking about and just told us to look in the back. We walked around the entire store and no one ever offered us some help. We went in ready to purchase a sofa and because of the bad treatment, we just left.
